Shopify + DTC: what your creators see, from invite to payout

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Some brands pay you commission on sales from their own website, not just their TikTok Shop. You get free products to try, your own links to share, and a clear view of what you've earned, all in the Euka creator app on the web or iPhone.

Not sure what the creator experience looks like from start to finish? Our Shopify DTC playbook walks you through every step, from the first invite to the moment a creator posts.

Here's what happens from the invitation to your first payout. Every step that needs you comes with an email and shows Action needed in the app. When a step is on the brand's side, the app shows Nothing needed from you.

1. Join the program

You'll get an email from Euka inviting you to the brand's program. Tap View invitation to see the program's details: the commission, the discount your audience gets, any free products, and which social accounts the brand needs.

Confirm your name and shipping address, connect any accounts the brand asks for, and accept. You don't need a password. To sign in later, enter your email and use the code we send you.

Found a program on Discover or a brand's website instead? Apply from the program page. The brand may review your application before you join.

For help connecting accounts, see Joining a brand's program.

2. Pick your free products

Your program page shows Your journey, with each step in order. If the brand sends free products, the first step asks you to pick them.

  1. Tap Pick my samples. You'll see the brand's products with their prices.

  2. Choose what you'd like, up to the number of items and total value shown at the top.

  3. Tap Confirm picks.

Some brands choose the products for you, and some let you tap Let the brand choose for me. Either way, the brand ships to the address on your profile, so keep it current under Profile > Personal details.

3. Track your delivery

Once you confirm, the step changes to Nothing needed from you, and a tracker shows your package moving from Preparing to Packed, On the way, and Delivered. It updates on its own as the brand ships.

4. Get your links

When your link is ready, we email you. Depending on the brand, that's either right after you join or once your products arrive.

Open the program and go to Your links:

  • Storefront link: sends shoppers to the brand's website.

  • Product links: tap Product link, then search for the exact product in your video. Linking straight to the product saves your audience a step.

Each link is short and ready to paste into a bio, caption, or story. Tap the copy button next to it.

Always copy your link from the program page. If you open the brand's website and copy the address from your browser, it won't be tracked, and sales through it won't count toward your commission.

5. Share and see your results

Post your video and add your link. Your audience gets the discount shown under your links when they shop through it.

Tap Performance to see your clicks, orders, and sales for the last 30 days or all time, plus your most recent orders. Each product link also shows its own clicks and orders, so you can see which videos are selling.

A sale counts when a shopper buys through your link or uses your code. After they click your link, their browser remembers you for 30 days, so it may not count if they switch devices, block cookies, or come back after that.

6. Get paid

Tap How it works under your total earned to see the brand's commission rate, its return window, and where each order stands:

Status What it means
Estimated The order is in, but it can still change while the return window is open.
Pending The order is confirmed and waiting to be paid to you.
Cleared The money is in your balance and ready to withdraw.

Withdraw from Earnings. Bank transfers usually arrive in a few business days. See Earnings and withdrawals.

FAQs

I already have the brand's product. Do I still need a sample? Ask the brand. They can skip the sample step for you so you get your link right away.

Why isn't my sale showing up? Check that the shopper used the link from your program page, not one copied from the browser's address bar. Most orders show up within a few minutes. If a sale is still missing after a day, contact Creator Support with the order details.

Why did my estimated earnings go down? The shopper returned or canceled the order during the return window, so it no longer earns commission.

Can I work with more than one brand? Yes. Every program you're in shows up in My Work.

How do I leave a program? Open it from My Work and tap Leave program at the bottom of the page. See Joining a brand's program for what happens to your earnings.
