Shopify + DTC programs
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Connect your Shopify store to Euka so creators can sell on your own website, not just on TikTok Shop. Every creator gets a tracking link, and a discount code if you want one, and we add their commission on each sale to one bill, which you pay yourself or let auto charge pay for you.
Why use it
Most creators who sell for you on TikTok Shop also post on Instagram, and many already send shoppers to your site. Without tracking, you end up guessing who deserves credit for those sales, or not paying creators for them at all. With Shopify and DTC (direct-to-consumer) programs, those creators stay on the roster you already manage in Euka, with one set of links, one set of numbers, and one bill.
Where to find it
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Your programs | Campaigns > Shopify + DTC |
| Your store connection | Settings > Integrations > Shopify |
| A program's payment method and auto charge | Open the program, click Program Settings, and click Edit next to Payment |
Who can use it
Shopify and DTC programs are available on Growth, Business, and Autopilot plans.
Our service fee is 1.5% of creator-made sales, which is our early-stage rate (as of September 2026). For example, if creators drive $2,000 in tracked sales on your store, the fee is $30.
The fee is separate from the commission you pay your creators, and you'll see it and agree to it before you connect your store.
Before you start
Have these ready so setup goes smoothly:
- Your store's .myshopify.com address, for example yourbrand.myshopify.com. Your regular website address won't work here. You can find it in Shopify under Settings > Domains.
- Someone who can install apps in Shopify. This is the store owner, or a staff account with permission to install apps.
- A card or US bank account for paying creator bills. When you set up a program, we pick your default one, and you can pick another or add a new one right there.
Two things to know up front:
- A Shopify store can be connected to only one Euka brand. To add a second store to a brand, contact us at support@euka.ai.
- Creator payouts are made in US dollars.
How to connect your Shopify store
- Go to Campaigns > Shopify + DTC. Read the fee details, check the box to agree, and click Connect Shopify.
- Enter your store's .myshopify.com address and send the request. We set up a private Shopify app for your store, usually within a few days, and email you an install link.
- Sign in to Shopify as the owner or a staff member who can install apps. Open the install link and click Install. The link works for seven days, so install it soon after it arrives.
- Come back to Euka, go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify, and click Connect Store.
Your store isn't connected until you finish Step 4. Once it is, you'll see your store listed there. Your products, collections, and inventory come across on their own and stay up to date as you make changes in Shopify.
Under your store, the page then shows your next step: how many of your customers are creators you don't work with yet, or Euka's creator network when we haven't found any, with a few of your products and a Create your program button. If you haven't agreed to the platform fee yet, the button asks you to agree to it first. On a plan without Shopify programs, the button is View plans.
How to set up a program
Click New Program on Campaigns > Shopify + DTC, or Create your program under your store on Settings > Integrations > Shopify. Each program has its own settings, so you can run more than one, for example an ambassador program and an open affiliate program.
The whole program is on one page, and we fill in our defaults, so a name is the only thing you have to add. Each setting says what it's set to. Click Edit next to one to change it, and click Close when you're done.
- Name your program. You can also add a description, which creators see on the program's page, and a cover image (PNG, JPG, or WebP, with 1680 x 800 pixels working best). Without one, your program uses Euka's default cover. If more than one Shopify store is connected to your brand, pick the store.
- Pick the program type. Sales tracking pays creators commission on what they sell, and you can send samples too. Sampling sends free products, with no commission or tracking link. Neither the store nor the type can change once the program is created.
- Check what creators earn. New programs pay 10% of each sale. Pick 15%, 20%, or 25%, or type your own rate. To pay per click, per conversion, or per conversion and per sale instead, click Pay per click or per conversion instead. Automatic links is on, and we recommend keeping it on: each creator gets their tracking link at this rate on their own, so they never wait on you. Turn it off only if you want to set a different rate for some creators. You'll then create each creator's link yourself, and they can't start selling until you do.
- Check what shoppers get. Full price means creators share a tracking link on its own. A code to share also gives each creator a discount code that anyone who sees it can use. Their own one-time code gives each shopper a personal, single-use discount code through the creator's link. If you use codes, set the discount, whether it applies to all products or specific ones, and whether each shopper can use it only once. New programs start at Full price. When your store can't track sales from a link alone, because it has no domain on file or needs reconnecting, they start with a 10% code to share instead. The one-time code needs a one-time setup in Shopify: turn on SafeLink discount under App embeds in your theme.
- Decide on a free sample. New programs don't send one. Click Add a sample to let creators pick their own free samples from your Shopify catalog, with a limit on how many items and how much total value they can choose, or pick the products for them. Creators get their link right away and the sample after it, unless you choose to send the link once the sample arrives.
- Check who can join. Invitations are always on. New Shopify programs are open to anyone on Discover in the Euka creator app, and applicants join automatically. While it's open to anyone, Joining says how many creators are looking for programs on Discover today, so you can see what being listed is worth. We recommend letting applicants join automatically: creators earn commission only on the sales they drive. To review each applicant yourself, click Edit next to Joining and turn off Let applicants join automatically. To take invitations only, pick Only creators you invite. An open program gets an application page you can style, share anywhere, add to your own website, and list in the Euka creator app.
- Choose what creators share when they join. Name and email are always collected. Under Questions, you can also ask for a phone number, a shipping address, and your own questions. On an open program, you can ask applicants different questions from the creators you invite. A program that sends samples always asks for a shipping address. Under Social accounts, you can require creators to connect their TikTok or Instagram account before they join. Either way, Invitations and Applications under Prospects show every TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube account a creator has, with follower counts and a few of their top TikTok videos or latest Instagram posts. A required account a creator hasn't added shows as Missing.
- Check how you pay. Under Payouts:
- Payment is the card or bank account that pays this program's bills. We pick your default one. Each card and bank account shows its fee. Add payment method adds a new one and selects it. An expired card, or a bank account that's still being verified, is listed but can't be picked.
- Decide whether to turn on Auto charge, also under Payment, which pays each bill for you. It's off unless you turn it on. See Pay bills with auto charge below.
- Bills is how often you're billed: every week to start, or every two weeks or every month.
- Return window is how many days we wait after an order before that commission counts. It's off unless you turn it on.
- Create the program. The bar at the bottom of the page says what's left, for example "One thing left: name your program." Once it says "Ready to create. Creators can join once the program is live.", click Create program.
While a program has fewer than 20 applications, Applications shows each creator as a profile with their posts, TikTok Shop sales, and message. After that it shows a table. Use the grid and list buttons above the list to switch, and that browser remembers your choice for the program. To search by name, email, or handle, switch to the table.
A program that pays commission needs a payment method before you can create it. Without one, Payment says "Add the card or bank account you'll pay bills with", and the bar at the bottom says "One thing left: add a payment method." If you click Create program anyway, Payment opens with "Choose a payment method to create this program." A program that only sends samples doesn't need one.
If you leave before creating the program, what you entered is kept in this browser for 7 days. The next time you start a Shopify + DTC program for the same brand in this browser, it comes back with the message "Restored your unsaved program". Click Discard on that message to start over instead. It isn't saved to your account, so another browser or teammate won't see it.
Your first program, prepared for you
Once your store's products have come across from Shopify, we prepare your first program for you: a name and description, what creators earn, what shoppers get, a free sample when one suits your products, and creators to invite when we find some. While your brand has no program yet, starting a Shopify sales tracking program opens it one step at a time instead of the one-page setup.
For you sums up what you sell, with a few of your favorite products and what creators who'd love them post about. Click Take a look.
Each step after that shows what we picked. Change anything you like there, then click Looks good. What creators earn, what shoppers get, the free sample, and the return window each come with a line on why we picked them. With a free sample, creators get their link as soon as they join, and the sample after it. The steps are Basics, The offer (Creators earn, Shoppers get, and Free sample), Joining (Who can join and Invites), Payouts, and Creators when there are creators to invite. Use the steps on the left or the arrows to move around.
Invites lets the creators in your program invite other creators, and it's on from the start. An inviter earns 3% of each invited creator's sales for that creator's first 12 months, which you pay on top of the invited creator's own commission. An example shows what one sale of your favorite product earns each of them. Change the reward or how long it lasts there, or click Turn off. See Creator referrals below. When only creators you invite can join, there's no Invites step, because invite links open your application page.
Payouts asks for the card or bank account that pays your commission bills, if you don't have one yet. You need one to create the program.
Creators shows the creators you can invite, in two groups. Each group has its own switch, and turning one off invites no one from that group.
- First, your customers who are creators you don't work with yet, when you have some. You'll see how many there are and the biggest of them. Their switch invites all of them the day you create the program.
- Then the creators we found for you, up to 1,000, and how we found them. We write a search from what you sell and match it to creators' TikTok and Instagram profiles and to the captions, transcripts, and hashtags of their posts. We keep creators with an email on file, based in your store's country, with 5,000 to 1 million followers, who don't work with you yet. A creator who is also your customer is only in the first group. You'll see where they post, how big their audiences are, and a first look at the best matches. Their switch invites all of them when you go live: invitations go out 100 a day, best matches first, starting the day you create the program. Anyone you've blocked or removed by their day is skipped. No invitations go out while the program is paused or once it's archived, and any still waiting 60 days after you create the program aren't sent.
When neither group has anyone, the steps go from Payouts to Preview.
Preview shows your program on Discover in the Euka creator app, and the page a creator opens from it. That page leads with what creators earn, the free sample, what shoppers get, and, with invites on, what creators earn for inviting other creators. Then it shows how joining works, your favorite products with what one sale of each earns a creator, and what to post. When only creators you invite can join, it shows the page your invitation opens instead. The button says how many creators it invites, for example Create and invite 12 creators, or Create program when you invite no one. Click it to go live.
Everything the steps don't cover starts as it does on the one-page setup, for example the questions creators answer, bills every week, and auto charge off. Change any of it later in Program Settings. The summary, name, description, creator topics, and the lines on why are written in English. Your favorite products and creator topics stay on the program's page in the creator app, under Products to share and What to post. Program Settings doesn't show them, so contact us at support@euka.ai to change them.
If you leave before creating the program, your changes are kept in this browser for 7 days. They come back with the message "Restored your unsaved program" the next time you start a Shopify sales tracking program for the same brand. Click Discard on that message to go back to what we prepared. Whether you turned invitations off isn't kept.
The Creator preview
Creator preview sits beside the setup and shows your program's card the way creators see it in the Euka creator app, on a phone. It updates as you type, so you can check your banner, name, and commission before anyone sees them. On a program that tracks sales, it's also beside Campaign setup in Program Settings once the program is live.
- When only creators you invite can join, the card is grayed out and the preview says it isn't listed on Discover. Only the creators you invite see your program.
- With Auto charge off, an Example card below yours carries the Paid automatically badge, so you can see what creators would see. With it on, your own card carries the badge.
- On a live program, the badge in the preview follows what creators see right now. It comes off while a bill is close to its due date unpaid, even though auto charge is still on. See When an automatic charge fails below.
How to change a program's settings
- Open the program and click Program Settings.
- Click Edit next to the setting you want to change. It opens right there.
- Make your change and click its save button, for example Save commission. Click Cancel to put it back the way it was.
Only one setting is open at a time. If you open another while yours has unsaved changes, we ask whether to discard them. Changes under Payment save as soon as you make them.
- A new commission rate applies to new links. Creators who already have a link keep theirs, and the same goes for a new discount.
- Program type, Shopify store, and, with a sample, Order (whether creators get their link before or after the sample) are under Set at launch. They can't change once the program is created.
- A program created without a sample can't add one later.
- Once a return window is on, it can be raised but not shortened or turned off. To raise it, pay any open bill first. On a program that's already running, you can turn one on only after the commissions creators have earned so far are paid.
How to bring creators in
There are five ways to fill a program. Most brands start with the creators they already work with.
| Option | How it works |
|---|---|
| Invite creators you know | Select creators from Affiliate CRM > Creators, including your TikTok Shop affiliates, and invite them in one go. Each creator gets an email invitation and joins in about a minute. |
| Invite the creators who buy from you | Your program's Overview lists the creators we found among your store's customers, with one button that invites them all. |
| Import from another platform | Upload a CSV with each creator's email, first name, last name, and discount code. Creators already connected to your brand on Euka start at the first stage. Everyone else gets an email invitation and joins once they accept. Either way, the codes in your file carry over. |
| Find new creators | Use AI Creator Search, which includes Instagram creators, and filter to creators with an email address so you can reach them. |
| Let creators apply | Share your application page, add it to your website, or let creators find your program in the Euka creator app. |
Creators among your customers
When you connect your store, we read your customer list and check it against the creators we know, so you can start with the people who already buy from you. We email you once when we find any. Settings > Integrations > Shopify also shows how many of them you don't work with yet, and a few of them.
On a program's Overview, a section says how many of your customers are creators. See who they are lists them, the largest following first, and the invite button in the section sends each of them an invitation to that program. The section goes once everyone in it has been invited.
- We bring in up to 250,000 of your customers who have ordered. If you have fewer than 100,000 of those, we top the list up with customers who haven't ordered yet, to 100,000 customers in all.
- Customers past those numbers still reach Euka as they order, so the list of creators keeps growing.
- The first read runs in the background when the store connects, so it can take a while on a large store.
What your creators see
Creators accept your invitation, connect the social accounts you asked for, and pick their samples. Once their samples are sorted, they get an email saying their link is ready.
In the Euka creator app, they get a link to your storefront, can make links to specific products, and can see their clicks, orders, and earnings. Each commission shows as Estimated while the return window is open, Pending once it's waiting on your payment, and Cleared when it's in their balance and ready to withdraw.
Product links with the highest sales appear first. Links with the same sales amount are ordered by clicks, highest first.
How to send samples
- When a creator picks their samples, open the program's Collaborations tab. Review the request, add or remove items if you need to, and click Create order. Euka lists each sample's price and their total Retail value.
- The order appears in Shopify at no charge, with a 100% discount on every line, so nobody is billed for a sample. Pack and ship it the way you ship any other order.
- When you mark the order fulfilled in Shopify, we move the creator to the next stage automatically and pick up the tracking number from Shopify, so your creator can follow the package. The creator then shows as Awaiting Delivery until you or they click Mark delivered.
A creator gives their shipping address when they pick their samples, and chooses their country from a list rather than typing it, so the order you create always carries a country Shopify recognizes.
If the samples have already shipped but the order is still unfulfilled in Shopify, click Fulfill order on the creator in Collaborations, or select several creators and click Fulfill order. You can add a tracking number. Use it only after your shipping team has shipped: it marks the Shopify order fulfilled straight away, which can take it out of their shipping queue, so Euka asks you to confirm first. Orders you fulfill in Shopify sync back to Euka on their own, so you don't need this step for them.
Track sales
Each program has these tabs:
| Tab | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Overview | How many creators are invited, applying, in progress, and active; your sales over the dates you pick, with the creators behind them and your newest orders; and recent activity. |
| Collaborations | Where each creator is in your program, and anything waiting on you. |
| Content | The Instagram posts your creators link through the auto-DM flow, with the DMs sent, clicks, orders, and earnings for each. |
| Referrals | Once you've turned on creator referrals: how many creators joined through invites, what they sold, what their inviters earned, and each inviter's invites. |
| Payouts | What you owe creators and what you've paid. |
Program Settings, next to the tabs, opens your program settings, invitation page, and application page.
Read your sales on Overview
The Sales tracking section opens on the Past 30 days. The Date range menu next to its title also has Past 7 days, This month, Last month, This quarter, Last quarter, Past six months, This year, Last year, and All time.
- Sales is the value of the orders your creators drove, with the change from the same length of time just before. All time has no period before it, so it shows no change. Under Sales are Orders, Avg. order, Clicks, and Commission.
- The bars show sales, orders, or clicks for each day, week, or month. A striped bar is still counting today, this week, or this month.
- Top creators lists the five who sold the most, and a line under them says how many other creators sold and what they made between them. Above the list, three counts sit side by side: how many creators have a link that credits sales, how many got clicks, and how many made a sale. They aren't steps in a row, because a sale through a discount code needs no click. View creators opens the Collaborations tab.
- Recent orders shows your newest orders: what was bought, the creator who drove it, and their commission. Click a Shopify order's number to open it in your Shopify admin, where you can check or fulfill it.
- View all orders lists every order in those dates. Use the tabs to narrow the list to Return window, Ready to bill, Billed (paid orders included), or Cancelled (refunded orders included). You can also search by order number, customer email, or discount code, or pick one creator. The creator menu lists at most 100 creators, the biggest sellers first, so on a program with more sellers than that, search by discount code instead. Click the arrow next to an order to see everything in it.
- If the numbers can't load, the section says "Failed to load sales" with a Retry button. Nothing is lost: your orders and commissions are safe, and Retry reads them again.
Each order shows where its commission stands:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Return window | The order can still be returned, so its commission isn't billed yet. The date shows when the window ends. |
| Awaiting approval | The sale isn't final yet, so its commission isn't billed. You'll see this only on a program that tracks sales through an affiliate network, while that network has yet to approve the sale. |
| Ready to bill | The return window has passed, and the commission goes on your next bill. |
| Billed | The commission is on a bill. |
| Paid | The creator has been paid their commission. |
| Cancelled or Refunded | The order no longer counts, so it has no commission. |
The Activities feed
Activities, on the Overview tab, is your program read day by day, one line per moment: a creator joined and got a tracking link, a creator's sample was shipped, three creators are ready for sample orders. When several creators do the same thing at once they share one line, and Show names lists who they were.
- A line that waits on you is marked Your turn and comes with the button for it, such as Generate link, Create order, Fulfill order, Approve request, Review content, or Open stage. The button takes you to the step it belongs to.
- A creator's first sale gets its own line with a First sale badge.
- Show older activity loads more of the past.
One creator's collaboration
Click a creator on the Collaborations tab, or their name in Payouts, to open their panel. Its Collaboration tab is where that creator stands with you, in one place.
- At the top, a line says what is happening now: that you're waiting for their reply, that they're picking samples, or how many orders they've made since their link went live. Beside it is a badge: Your turn, Selling, Waiting, Posting, Done, Ended, Stopped, Invited, Declined, Accepted, Not approved, or Not joined. When something waits on you, the button for it sits right there, and the line under it says how many days it has waited.
- Steps follows the creator through your program: how they joined, then each step of it, marked Done, In progress, Your turn, Skipped, or Next. A finished step carries the date it finished.
- Results shows that creator's own sales over the dates you pick, read the same way as Sales tracking above, with their newest orders under it. Before their first sale it shows their clicks instead. Opening the panel from Payouts takes you straight here.
- Link and code shows their commission, their discount code and the discount shoppers get with it, their tracking link, and what credits their sales under Credited by. If their link step was skipped and they never got a link, it says "No tracking link yet." with the button to create one.
- History is everything that has already happened, each line with its date: applied or invited, the sample order created and delivered, the link going live, a contract signed, posts delivered, content approved, and payments.
Manage, beside the status at the top, holds the actions for the whole collaboration: Move to Stage and Mark Complete while it's running, Terminate to end it, and Restart once it has ended, been completed, or stopped. If one stops, the panel says "This collaboration stopped" and points you there.
How we give creators credit for sales
- Every order comes straight from Shopify, and each sale shows up within about a minute of the order, matched to the creator who drove it.
- Link sales are matched by our tracking pixel in your store, which remembers the creator's link in the shopper's browser for 30 days. A link sale can be missed if the shopper declines cookies, switches device, or buys after 30 days.
- If an order has a creator's discount code on it, that creator gets the credit. If there's no code, we use the creator's link to match the sale.
- Commission is worked out on the value of the products in the order, before discounts, shipping, and tax. A creator whose code gives a shopper 15% off still earns on the full price.
What counts as a click
A click is one person opening a creator's link, and we count one per creator and shopper each day, so a shopper who opens the same link three times in an afternoon is one click.
When a link is posted somewhere like Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Telegram, X, or LinkedIn, that app fetches the page itself to build the little preview under the link. Those fetches aren't counted, so your Overview clicks are people, and a per-click program pays only once someone taps the link.
Pay creators
In Payouts, click a creator's name under Unpaid, or their avatar under Payout History, to open their details at Results and review their orders.
The In return window section lists each creator's sales, commission rate, and pending payout, like the Accruing section. Click a creator's name to review their orders before those commissions become payable. Orders that need a refund check appear separately under Refund verification needed, with the same creator breakdown.
- Commission is calculated as soon as an order comes in, and counts once your return window, if you set one, has passed. If an order is refunded inside the return window, its commission is removed.
- Commissions add up on one open bill, on the schedule you chose. You can pay it from Euka at any time before the due date. With auto charge on, we charge it for you about a week after it's issued.
- The bill shows the Affiliate payouts, the Euka service fee (1.5% of sales) on the sales those creators made, and, when you pay by card, the Card processing fee (3.5% of payouts). When a bill includes creator referral rewards, it lists Commissions and Referral rewards separately, with a Referral rewards column for each creator.
- When you pay, your creators' balances go up by the same amount, and they withdraw their money from the Euka creator app.
- Each bill is due 14 days after it's issued. The program's Payouts tab counts down the days left, and we email you reminders.
- If the bill is still unpaid after that, the program pauses, and creator links stop tracking sales until the bill is paid. Sales made while it's paused aren't credited, and paying the bill resumes the program.
The card processing fee depends on how you pay:
| How you pay the bill | Card processing fee |
|---|---|
| US bank account | None |
| Card | 3.5% of the creator payouts |
Pay bills with auto charge
With Auto charge on, we charge each bill to the program's payment method about a week after it's issued, so you have time to look it over first. The email for each bill gives the exact charge date. While auto charge is on, creators see Paid automatically on your program's listing in Discover and on its page in the Euka creator app.
How to turn auto charge on
- Open the program, click Program Settings, and click Edit next to Payment. You can also do this while creating a program.
- Make sure a Payment method is picked. Auto charge can't be turned on without one.
- Turn on Auto charge. The confirmation shows the payment method, your billing schedule, and, if a bill is waiting to be paid, the amount we charge now.
- Click Turn on auto charge. Bills then shows the date of the next charge.
How to turn auto charge off
- In the program's settings, click Edit next to Payment and turn off Auto charge.
- On an active or paused program, check the confirmation. It says how many creators we'll let know and, if a bill is waiting to be paid, shows its breakdown and the payment method we charge it to.
- Click Turn off auto charge.
Auto charge stops right away, and Paid automatically comes off your program. On an active or paused program, the creators in it get a message that their payout schedule has been updated, and a bill waiting to be paid is charged when you confirm. If that charge fails, auto charge still stays off, and the bill waits in Payouts for you to pay. Commissions that are still adding up are billed later as bills you pay yourself.
Turning auto charge back on uses the same confirmation, and creators aren't told.
Auto charge rules
- We charge each bill about a week after it's issued, so on a weekly schedule it's paid before the next one arrives. The bill's email gives the exact date, in UTC.
- Until then, you can pay the bill yourself from Payouts. A paid bill is never charged again. If your own payment fails, the scheduled charge still runs on its date.
- We only charge the program's payment method, never another card or bank account you have on file.
- A bill is charged only if auto charge is still on when its charge date comes.
- Turning auto charge on while a bill is waiting charges that bill right away.
- In the program's settings, picking another Payment method or confirming an Auto charge change saves right away. Changing how often you're billed, under Bills, saves with Save schedule and doesn't ask you to confirm auto charge again.
- A card or bank account that an active or paused program uses can't be removed from Billing. Pick another one under Payment in that program's settings first.
- A program without a payment method keeps working, and its Overview asks you to add one.
When an automatic charge fails
- We email you. A card that's declined for a reason that can clear up, like insufficient funds, is tried again at our next daily runs (9:00 AM UTC), up to 3 times, and never after the bill is due.
- A card that's declined for any other reason, like a lost or stolen card, or a decline the bank doesn't explain, isn't tried again.
- A bank payment takes a few business days to fail, so it gets one more try at most before the bill is due. We email you when a bank payment comes back.
- In the program's settings, Payment says "The last charge failed." Click Edit next to it to see the details. If we're still retrying a declined card, the notice says we retry it daily until a date. Otherwise, it asks you to update the payment method. Click Update payment method to add a card or bank account. With auto charge on, we charge the waiting bill to the new one right away. With auto charge off, the button takes you to Payouts, where you can pay the bill yourself.
- Paid automatically stays on your program while we try again. If the bill is still unpaid 4 days before it's due (day 10 of 14), it comes off until the bill is paid.
- If the bill is still unpaid when it's due, the program pauses, as it does for any unpaid bill.
Creator referrals
Your best creators often know other creators who would sell well for you. With creator referrals, each creator in your program gets an invite link to share. When another creator joins through it, the inviter earns a share of that creator's sales for a set time or with no time limit. You pay the reward on top of the invited creator's own commission, on the same bill.
Creator referrals are available in programs that track sales on a Shopify store. They're off until you turn them on, except in a first program made one step at a time (see Your first program, prepared for you), where they start on. They need open applications: an invite link opens your application page, so Joining has to be set to Anyone on Discover.
How to turn on creator referrals
- Open the program and click Program Settings.
- Next to Creator referrals, click Turn on.
- Set the Inviter's reward, a share of the invited creator's sales from 0.5% to 50%. Then choose how long the inviter earns for, under Inviter earns for: each invited creator's first 3, 6, 12, or 24 months, or No time limit.
- Click Save referrals. The program gets a Referrals tab, and creators in your program find their invite link in the Euka creator app. We don't message them about it, so let them know it's there.
How an invite works
- A creator in your program opens the program in the Euka creator app. Under Invite creators on the Your links tab, they tap Share link or Copy link and send it to another creator.
- The new creator opens your application page through that link, sees who invited them, and applies. They join like any other applicant: straight away when Let applicants join automatically is on, or once you approve them. Their application shows who invited them. If you turn down their application, the invite no longer counts.
- The inviter sees each creator who applies or joins with their link on their invites page in the app. From the day the invited creator joins, each sale they make earns the inviter the reward, until the time limit ends. With No time limit, it doesn't end.
The time limit counts from the day the invited creator joins your program. The reward is worked out on the same amount as commission: the value of the products in the order, before discounts, shipping, and tax. On a $1,000 sale, a 3% reward is $30.
Who counts as invited
- Only creators in the program can invite. A link from a creator who left the program or was removed doesn't count.
- The invited creator has to be new to your programs. A creator who has been in any of your programs before doesn't count as invited.
- A creator can't invite themselves.
- Each creator has one inviter: if they open more than one invite link, the first one they apply with counts. A later link doesn't change it.
- Inviters earn from the creators they invite, not from the creators those creators invite.
If an invite looks wrong
An invite can't be changed once it counts, so creators can trust their rewards. If an inviter looks wrong, or you think an invite isn't genuine, contact us at support@euka.ai.
Changing the reward or turning referrals off
- Each invite keeps the reward and time limit it started with. A change in Program Settings applies only to creators invited from then on, and the Referrals tab shows each invite's own reward.
- Turning creator referrals off stops new invites. Inviters keep earning from the creators they already invited, on the same terms, until each time limit ends.
How rewards are paid
- Rewards go on your regular bill with commissions, and each inviter is paid with their own commission.
- Inviters keep earning from the creators they invited even if they later leave the program.
- A reward counts once your return window, if you set one, has passed. If an order is refunded inside the return window, its reward is removed along with its commission.
- Sales made while the program is paused for an unpaid bill aren't credited, so they don't earn a reward either.
- Our service fee is 1.5% of sales, and an invited creator's sales are counted once, so rewards add no service fee. Paying by card adds 3.5% of all creator payouts, rewards included.
Why we ask for these Shopify permissions
We ask for one set of permissions that covers both sales tracking and samples. Here's what the main ones are for:
| Permission | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Products and inventory | Bringing your catalog into Euka so creators can pick samples and make product links. |
| Orders | Receiving your orders and refunds so we can credit sales, and creating sample orders when a creator picks products. We don't edit your customers' orders. |
| Customers | Finding the creators among the people who buy from you, so you can invite them to a program. Nobody is contacted unless you invite them. |
| Fulfillment | Marking those sample orders as shipped and adding tracking. We don't fulfill your customers' orders. |
| Discounts | Creating each creator's discount code. |
| Web pixels and customer events | Running our tracking pixel, which matches sales to creator links. |
| Themes | Checking that SafeLink discount is turned on in your theme. |
Moving from another affiliate tool
- Some creators are invited, not added. A creator who already has a Euka account connected to your brand starts at the program's first stage. A creator who doesn't gets an email invitation instead, and joins when they accept, so they get their notifications and their payouts can reach them. When the import finishes, it tells you how many were added, how many were invited by email, and how many had declined an earlier invitation to this program and were skipped. We never send a second invitation to someone who declined.
- Discount codes carry over. When you import creators with their current codes, they keep them, so posts that share a code keep working. A code on an invited creator's row waits for them and is set up when they accept.
- Tracking links are new. Every creator gets a new Euka link, so let creators know to swap any link in their bio or stories.
- Turn off your old program. Shopify sends every order to every connected affiliate tool, so if your old program stays on, both tools will count the same sales.
- Fix any flagged rows. If some rows in your CSV have problems, we skip them and list them, and Download CSV gives you a file to fix and upload again.
Here's a message you can send your creators:
Your discount code is staying the same, so anything you've already posted with it will keep working. Your tracking link has changed, so if you share a link in your bio or stories, please swap it for the new one in the Euka creator app.
FAQs
I installed the app in Shopify, but Euka says my store isn't connected. Why?
Installing in Shopify is only half of it. Go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify in Euka and click Connect Store to finish.
My install link stopped working. What now?
Install links expire seven days after they're issued. Settings > Integrations > Shopify shows the date next to Install in Shopify. Once a link has expired, click Request Shopify setup there to ask for a new one.
A sale came in, but no creator got credit. What should I check?
Make sure your store is listed in Settings > Integrations > Shopify with no warning, the creator has a tracking link or code in the program, and the program isn't paused for an unpaid bill. A sale made through a link alone also needs the shopper's cookies, so a code is the surer match. If everything looks right, contact us at support@euka.ai with the Shopify order number.
How much does Euka charge?
We charge 1.5% of the sales your creators make, on top of their commission (as of September 2026). On $2,000 in sales, that's $30. Paying the bill by card adds 3.5% of the creator payouts; a US bank account adds nothing.
Why can't I create my program?
A program that pays commission needs a payment method. Click Edit next to Payment, then pick one, or click Add payment method to add a card or bank account there. The bar at the bottom of the page says what's still missing.
Why can't I remove a card or bank account from Billing?
An active or paused program pays its bills with it. Pick another payment method under Payment in that program's settings, then remove it.
A bill looks wrong. Can I stop it from being charged?
Contact us at support@euka.ai before the charge date in the bill's email. Turning off auto charge won't stop it, because a bill that's waiting is charged when you confirm.
Does a refund take back the creator's commission?
A refund removes that order's commission only if it happens inside your return window. Without a return window, or once it has passed, the commission stays with the creator.
A creator applied with an invite link, but no inviter shows. Why?
The invite didn't count: the creator had been in one of your programs before, the link was their own, its creator wasn't in the program anymore, creator referrals were off when they applied, or they applied without the link.
Can I change who invited a creator?
No. Inviters are locked so creators can trust their rewards. If an inviter is wrong, contact us at support@euka.ai.
If I lower the reward, do existing inviters earn less?
No. Each invite keeps the reward it started with. The new reward applies only to creators invited from then on.
Why didn't my first program come prepared?
We prepare one for every brand once its Shopify store's products have come across, but it opens only while your brand has no program. You'll see the one-page setup instead when your brand already has a program, when you have an unsaved program from the one-page setup in this browser, or when the store it was prepared for is no longer connected. If you delete all your programs, the next Shopify sales tracking program you start opens the one we prepared, without the creators it already invited. If you disconnect the store it was prepared from, we prepare a new one from your other connected store the next time that store syncs.
Why doesn't my first program have a Creators step?
We show it when some of your customers are creators you don't work with yet, or when we found creators for your store. We search for creators once, when we prepare the program. We keep finding creators among your customers as they order, and your program's Overview offers to invite the ones it hasn't yet.
My store isn't on Shopify. Can I still use this?
We also support custom storefronts and Awin, with setup help from our team. Contact us at support@euka.ai to get started.
