Discord

Connect your Discord server to Euka to see which members are creators and what they sell for you, give them roles by their sales (GMV), and schedule posts and leaderboards.

Why use it

Discord alone can't tell you which members are creators or what they sell for you. Creators who join through your Creator Join URL link their TikTok account as they join, so we can match them.

Where to find it

  • Community > Discord has the tabs Members, Manage Roles, Scheduled Posts, and Settings. Until your server is connected and synced, the page shows the setup steps instead.
  • Settings > Integrations > Discord shows whether your server is Connected, with a button that opens Community > Discord.

Who can use it

Discord is on every plan.

How to connect your server

  1. In Community > Discord, click Add Bot.
  2. In Discord, choose your server and approve the bot.
  3. Come back to Euka and click Continue.
  4. Enter your Server ID. To find it, open Discord in a browser and click any channel: it's the first long number after /channels/ in the address.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Copy your Creator Join URL.
  7. Click Test to try it.
  8. Click Sync to bring in the members you already have.

Connecting also creates an invite link to your server that never expires, for creators the bot can't add on its own.

How creators join

Share your Creator Join URL (creators.euka.ai/discord/your-brand/join) instead of a regular Discord invite. The Join Discord section on your Brand HQ uses it too.

Creators go through Connect Discord, Connect TikTok (at least one account), and Join Server. We then add them to your server with the Verified Creator role and your custom join roles. If we can't add them, they get your invite link instead, and the join finishes when they come back to the page.

Members

The Members tab shows each member's Roles, TikTok Accounts, and Joined At, plus these numbers:

  • Shop GMV and Total Videos are their sales and videos for your Shop over the dates you pick (the last 30 days to start).
  • Organic GMV is an estimate of their video sales for your Shop that weren't paid for by GMV Max ads, TikTok's automated ad campaigns for TikTok Shop.
  • Total GMV is their sales across all Shops in the last 30 days.

You can filter by Verified or Unverified, dates, roles, join date, GMV, and videos. The refresh icon next to Discord Members syncs your server again. Members who left in the last 30 days are listed under Recently Left.

Import / Export > Export CSV downloads every member in your current view, with their TikTok handles, roles, GMV, units sold, videos, and join date. The download link lasts 24 hours. Choose Verified first to export only the members matched to a TikTok account.

Members who haven't linked TikTok

Someone who joins with a regular invite shows up after a sync with no TikTok account. They're listed as Unverified, with no GMV, and get none of your roles except Unlinked Creator, if you turn it on.

To match them, type their handle in their TikTok Accounts cell, or use Import / Export > Import Handles with a CSV of Discord usernames and TikTok handles. The header is discord_handle,tiktok_handle, and handles go without the @.

Rows for usernames that aren't synced yet are skipped. A handle that a creator linked through TikTok can't be edited.

Roles

In Manage Roles:

  • Under Performance Roles, Add Role sets a name and color, a GMV Type, and a GMV Range (At least, At most, Exactly, or Between). Shop GMV counts sales for your Shop and Total GMV counts sales across all Shops, both over the last 30 days.
  • A performance role can have Exclusive Channels that only that role can see.
  • With Enable Role Expiration on, the role comes off when the creator's rolling 30-day GMV leaves the range. With it off, the role stays once given.
  • Under Default Roles, Verified Creator and up to 5 roles of your own (Add Custom Role) go to every member who has linked TikTok. Unlinked Creator goes to those who haven't.

We create these roles in your server. Apply All Roles shows how many members will gain or lose roles, then updates them in the background. Adding a performance role or importing handles updates roles too.

With Auto-apply daily on (the default), we re-check every role that has expiration on at 1 AM UTC each day, after we sync your members. Roles without expiration aren't re-checked, so click Apply All Roles to give them to members who have qualified since.

How to schedule posts and leaderboards

  1. In Scheduled Posts, click New Post.
  2. Set a Post Name (only you see it), a Scheduled Time, a timezone, and a channel. Tick Repeat weekly at this time to repeat it.
  3. Write the Content.
  4. For a leaderboard, click Add Leaderboard to insert [Leader1], [Leader2], and so on. Each [LeaderN] becomes a mention of the member ranked N by GMV for your Shop between the dates you set next.
  5. Under Leaderboard Settings, set a Start Date, End Date, and Leaders Amount. Message Preview shows the current ranking.
  6. Click Save Scheduled, Save Draft, or Post Now!.

How to change your join settings

On the Settings tab, you can:

  • Change the end of your Creator Join URL. The version with your brand name keeps working, but a custom link you replace stops working.
  • Generate or Reset the backup invite link. Resetting makes a new one that never expires. The old one still works in Discord, but we stop giving it out.
  • Disable the join screen, which turns off your Creator Join URL until you Enable it again.
  • Reinstall the bot with Install Euka App.

Rules and limits

The bot needs these Discord permissions, which come with the install link:

  • Manage Roles, to create roles and give them out.
  • Create Invite, and a text channel it can see, for the invite link.
  • View Channel and Manage Channels on each private channel you give to a role.
  • Permission to post in the channels you schedule posts to.

These limits also apply:

  • A custom Creator Join URL ending has 3 to 50 lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. It can't be a reserved word or one another brand uses.
  • You can have up to 5 custom join roles.
  • Leaders Amount is 1 to 10 and is set together with a Start Date and End Date. Leaderboards only rank members who are still in your server.
  • A post has up to 2,000 characters, 10 images, and 10 files, with 8 MB of attachments in total. A post to a forum channel needs a thread name.

What we don't control

These are Discord's rules (as of September 2026):

  • To add a bot to a server, you need the Manage Server permission there.
  • A bot can only give roles that sit below its own role. Keep the Euka bot's role above the roles it hands out, in Server Settings > Roles, since roles above it are skipped.
  • A Discord account can only be in a limited number of servers. A creator at the limit can't be added until they leave one.
  • An invite you create in Discord expires after 7 days unless you set it never to expire.

FAQs

Why does a member have no TikTok account or GMV?

They joined without your Creator Join URL, so we can't tell which TikTok account is theirs. Add their handle yourself, import handles, or send them the join link.

How do I get a list of the creators in my Discord for outreach?

Filter the Members tab to Verified and export a CSV, which includes each member's TikTok handles. You can then bring them into a list: see Creators and lists.

Why didn't a creator get their role?

Check that they've linked TikTok, that the role sits below the Euka bot's role in Discord, and that their GMV over the last 30 days is in range. A role without expiration needs Apply All Roles to reach new qualifiers.

Can creators join with a normal Discord invite?

Yes, but they won't be matched to a TikTok account. Until you match them, they have no GMV and get only the Unlinked Creator role, if you use it.
