Brand HQ

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Brand HQ is your brand's page in the Euka creator app, built from blocks such as your campaigns, a product brief, links, FAQs, your Discord, and your best Meta ad videos. You publish it and share one link or QR code with creators.

Why use it

Your campaigns, product briefs, links, and Discord live in different places. Brand HQ puts them on one page that creators open from a single link or QR code.

Where to find it

Go to Community > Brand HQ. Your link is at the top and the blocks are below it. On a wide screen, a phone preview on the right shows the page as creators will see it.

The page shows your brand's name and logo. You set the logo in Settings > Brand > Brand Details.

Who can use it

Brand HQ is on every plan.

What the page can contain

Block What creators see What you set
Hero (required) Your banner, logo, and brand name; Follow Brand and share buttons; and your title and text Banner, Title, and Content
Community A Join Discord section with your server's name and member count Turn on Show "Join Discord" button on your hub once Discord is connected
Active Campaigns The campaigns you chose, with tabs for Paid Collabs, Contests, and Retainers Add campaign, then hide or drag them into order
Top Meta Ad Videos Up to 12 of your videos that did best as Meta ads in the last 180 days, ranked by attributed sales (the sales credited to their ads) Nothing: it fills itself in
Dynamic Brief For each product: winning hooks, selling points, do's and don'ts, and top videos Add Product. The rest is generated for you, and you can edit it.
Links Icon buttons for your emails, phone numbers, socials, and websites Your details, with one profile each on Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
FAQ Questions creators tap to open Add Question
Custom Block An image, a title, a short text, optional dates, and an optional button All of it. You can add as many as you like.

A new Brand HQ starts with every block except Custom Block.

How to build and publish your Brand HQ

  1. Go to Community > Brand HQ.
  2. Fill in the Hero.
  3. Open each other block and fill it in.
  4. Check the phone preview. To show someone the draft, copy the link in the Preview box.
  5. Click Publish.

You can also drag a block by its handle to move it, use the bin icon to delete it, and click Add another block to add one.

Your edits save on their own. Creators only see what you've published: new edits show Unpublished changes until you click Publish again.

How to share your link

Under Your Brand HQ link, type the end of your address: creators.euka.ai/hub/your-link. It saves by itself once we check that no other brand uses it. After you publish:

  • Copy copies the link.
  • QR Code shows a QR code that you can Download as a PNG.
  • Create Agent starts a new Message Only outreach agent with your link in the message, for you to finish and start. See Outreach agents.

A Meta Ads program's invite link reuses your Brand HQ link, so it only works once your page has a link and is published. See Meta Ads: setup, program, and payouts.

What creators see and do

  • Anyone with the link can view the page without signing in. Following your brand, joining a campaign, or enrolling in your Meta Ads program needs a creator account.
  • Published pages that have a link are listed under Brands in the creator app's Discover, and come up in its search.
  • A block with nothing in it is hidden on the live page.
  • If your Meta Ads program is open to the creator, its enrollment section appears on the page. The rest of the page is dimmed until they enroll, except the top Meta ad videos.

Rules and limits

  • Hero Content can be up to 160 characters, and Custom Block text up to 150 characters.
  • Images can be PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 20 MB each. A 16:9 image fits best.
  • The Hero always comes first, and the Community section always shows right under it.
  • Your link can use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and spaces become hyphens. Changing it retires the old link, so links and QR codes you've shared stop working.
  • In Add campaign, you can select up to five campaigns of each type at a time.
  • A contest shows only while it's public and hasn't ended, and a retainer only while it's active or pending.
  • Top Meta Ad Videos stays hidden until you have an active Meta Ads program with ad results. Sales figures show as a range, only to signed-in creators, and only if your Meta ad account reports in US dollars.
  • Give each social in Links its full profile link. With only a handle, the icon doesn't open anything.
  • A Custom Block's dates show only when it has a start date, and its button only when it has both a label and a link.
  • Refresh preview link replaces the preview link, and the old one stops working.

FAQs

Do creators need a Euka account to see my Brand HQ?

No. They can look at it with just the link, and sign in when they want to follow your brand or join something.

Why don't my WhatsApp or Telegram links show on the page?

The Community block only shows the Join Discord section. Add other groups in the Links block under Websites, or as a Custom Block with a button.

Why doesn't a campaign I added show up?

Check that it isn't hidden in the block, that you published after adding it, and that it's live: a public contest that hasn't ended, or an active or pending retainer.

Can I get my old link back after changing it?

Yes, if no other brand has taken it since: type it in again. Otherwise, share the new link and QR code.

Can I unpublish my Brand HQ?

There's no unpublish button. You can edit the page and publish again. If you need the page taken offline, contact us at support@euka.ai.
