Use Euka in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Connect Euka to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI tool that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), and work with your Euka brands from there. The AI tool can do most of what Copilot does, as you: read your data, answer questions, and take actions.
Why use it
The AI tool you already work in can't see your Euka data on its own. Once you connect Euka, you can ask about your brands there, and you decide in that tool whether it asks you before it acts.
Where to find it
- Open Copilot in the sidebar, then click the gear button at the top right. Copilot settings opens on MCP access (marked Beta), with the server URL, steps for each AI tool, and your tokens. The Use Euka Copilot in Claude, Codex, and more section on a new chat opens it too.
- The server URL is
https://app.euka.ai/api/mcp. - API keys for your own systems are in Settings > Integrations > OpenAPI keys.
Who can use it
MCP access is included in the Growth, Business, and Autopilot plans. It's checked per brand, so an AI tool can't use a brand on Starter or Pro even when another of your brands is on Growth. See Plans and limits.
OpenAPI keys work on every plan.
How to connect an AI tool
MCP access has a tab for each AI tool (Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, and Other), with its steps and copy buttons.
With OAuth (recommended)
You sign in to Euka from your AI tool, with no token to handle.
- In your AI tool, add a custom connector (or MCP server) with the URL
https://app.euka.ai/api/mcp. If it asks for a transport, choose HTTP (Streamable HTTP). - Your AI tool opens Euka. Sign in if asked.
- On Authorize Euka Copilot, check the AI tool's name and your Euka account.
- Click Authorize.
The consent screen says the AI tool "can view and modify data in your accessible Euka brands", including approving or rejecting TikTok Shop requests, managing automation rules, and reading and replying to creator conversations in your inbox.
In Claude and ChatGPT, these steps are Anthropic's and OpenAI's (as of September 2026):
- Claude: in Claude's settings, go to Customize, then Connectors. Choose Add custom connector, paste the URL, then click Connect and sign in to Euka.
- ChatGPT: add Euka as a custom MCP connector with the URL, then sign in to Euka. For ChatGPT's desktop app and Codex, follow the Codex tab in MCP access.
With a token
Use a token only if your AI tool can't sign in with OAuth.
- In MCP access, under Bearer token access, click Generate new token.
- Name it after the AI tool that will use it, and click Generate token.
- Copy the token, or the ready-made config, from Token created. It's shown only once.
- Add it to your AI tool as that tool's tab shows. For an AI tool without its own tab, Other shows the header to send.
Anyone with the token can use Euka as you. Keep it private, and revoke it if it leaks.
What a connected AI tool can do
It can do most of what Copilot can do:
- The Dashboard's numbers, and its own analysis of your store's data, with results as CSV files.
- Creator search, lists, and segments, and your CRM: adding, editing, tagging, and deleting creators, with their notes, owners, and custom fields, and CSV exports.
- Outreach agents, email campaigns, and Auto Responder.
- Your Messages inbox, and sample requests (creators' requests for a free sample).
- Videos, usage rights (permission to use a creator's video in your own ads), and Licensed Content.
- Programs (Retainers, Shopify + DTC, contests and UGC), from setting one up to paying creators.
- Your contests on the Contests page: the rules and prizes, who joined, each creator's posts and sales, and the prize each one has reached so far. It reads them but doesn't change them.
- GMV Max, TikTok's automated ad campaigns for TikTok Shop: reports, automation rules, and removing videos from GMV Max; and Spark Codes.
- Social Intelligence, and your Insights reports.
If you've connected Amazon, it can also read your Halo Effect data, including the four numbers it shows for Amazon. It can read Euka's playbooks and this help center too.
Euka's tools also tell your AI tool what the fields in their results mean, such as a number's currency, the dates it covers, and what a missing value means.
Your AI tool finds your brands itself, so name the brand in your question rather than giving IDs. For example, ask: "Using Euka, find the leading brands and products in my market, pull the best-performing videos for the top product, and suggest three content ideas."
How to disconnect
- OAuth: remove Euka in your AI tool's connector or MCP settings. We don't list AI tools connected with OAuth.
- Token: in MCP access, under Active tokens, click the trash icon next to the token, then Revoke token. It stops working immediately.
How to create an API key
For data pipelines, BI tools, and your own integrations, use an OpenAPI key instead.
- In Settings > Integrations > OpenAPI keys, click New key.
- Name the key.
- Under Brand access, choose All brands you can access, or Selected brands.
- Click Create key.
- Copy the token. It's shown only once.
The API is read-only. It covers Dashboard metrics, creator retention, GMV Max reports, Social Intelligence, and data exports. Its reference is at api.euka.ai (Open api.euka.ai on the page).
The pencil icon renames a key or changes its brands. The trash icon revokes it, and requests with it stop working immediately.
Rules and limits
- An AI tool acts as you. It can use every brand you can open in Euka whose plan includes MCP access. We check your access to the brand, and the brand's plan, on every call: if you lose access to a brand, or it moves to a plan without MCP, the AI tool loses it from the next call.
- We add no approval step for AI tools. Whether your AI tool asks you before it sends messages, invites creators, or pays creators is set in the AI tool. Copilot, inside Euka, asks before the actions listed in Copilot.
- A token is yours: only you see it under Active tokens, and it works with your access. It doesn't expire, so revoke tokens you no longer use.
- Download links for files the AI tool creates work for 7 days.
- Each completed call counts as one of your brand's MCP tool calls in Copilot settings > Usage. Most tools have no cap. Creator searches share your brand's weekly search limits with searches in Euka (see AI Creator Search), and Copilot and your AI tools can open up to 20,000 creator profiles per brand each week between them. Both counts start again every Monday at midnight UTC.
- Creator search results tell an AI tool whether we have a creator's email, but not the address. To see it, open the creator in AI Creator Search.
- An OpenAPI key also belongs to you and reaches only brands you can still access. With All brands, that includes brands you get access to later. Keys don't expire.
What we don't control
Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools belong to the companies that make them. They decide where the connector settings are, which of their plans can add a custom connector, whether the AI tool asks before it uses Euka's tools, and what it keeps from your chats (as of September 2026).
When something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Your AI tool says "MCP access is available on Growth, Business, and Autopilot plans…" | The brand you asked about isn't on one of those plans. | Ask about another brand, or change that brand's plan. |
| "You do not have access to this brand." or "…this store." | The Euka account you connected can't open that brand. | Reconnect with the right account, or ask a brand admin for access (Team members and roles). |
| Upgrade to use MCP in MCP access | None of your brands is on Growth, Business, or Autopilot. | Upgrade a brand before you connect. |
| Missing authorization request | The consent page was opened on its own. | Start the connection from your AI tool. |
| An AI tool that used a token stops connecting | The token was revoked, or wasn't copied in full. | Generate a new token. |
| "Missing or invalid OpenAPI key" from the API | The key was revoked or mistyped. | Create a new key. |
| Your AI tool says "Weekly API quota exceeded for this brand…" or "Weekly free-trial quota exceeded for this feature…" | Your brand has used this week's limit for that tool. | Wait until Monday (UTC). On a free trial, choose a plan for a higher limit. Otherwise, contact us at support@euka.ai if you need more. |
FAQs
Do I need a token to connect Claude?
No. Adding Euka as a custom connector signs you in with OAuth. Tokens are for AI tools that can't sign in that way.
I lost my token. Can I see it again?
No. We show a token only once. Revoke it under Active tokens and generate a new one.
Will an AI tool send messages or pay creators without asking me?
It can, if it runs Euka's tools without asking. Set your AI tool to ask before it uses Euka's tools, at least the ones that send or pay.
Can my teammates connect their own AI tools?
Yes. Each connects with their own Euka login, and their AI tool can use the brands they can access.
My AI tool says Euka can't do something this article lists. Why?
AI tools load Euka's list of tools when they connect, so one that has been open a long time can miss newer ones. Restart your AI tool, or disconnect and reconnect Euka, then ask again.
Should I use MCP or an OpenAPI key?
MCP is for an AI tool you chat with, and it can take actions. An OpenAPI key is for your own systems, such as a data warehouse or BI tool, and it can only read.
