Copilot
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Copilot is the AI assistant inside Euka. Ask it about your Shop in plain words: it reads your store's data across Euka to answer, and it can take actions for you, some only after you approve them.
Why use it
Your Shop's numbers, creators, and campaigns are on different pages in Euka. Copilot does the digging across all of them and answers in one place. You make the calls, and it asks before it messages or pays a creator.
Where to find it
- Copilot is in the sidebar, with a + MCP badge. It works on the brand selected in the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar.
- Across the top of the page are the chat menu (your saved chats), Insight, New chat, Share, the gear button for Copilot settings, and the ⋯ menu with Archive and Delete.
- Copilot settings has three sections: MCP access (using Euka from other AI tools), Usage, and Data control (archived chats).
- For Copilot in Slack, go to Settings > Integrations > Slack.
Who can use it
Copilot and Insights are part of every plan. Copilot in Slack isn't tied to a plan, and we set it up on request. Using Euka from Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools needs Growth, Business, or Autopilot: see Use Euka in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
How to use Copilot
- Type your question in the box, or pick a suggested question. Copilot shows each step as it works, then answers. It can draw charts and give you data as a CSV file.
- For some actions, such as a direct message to a creator or a payment, Copilot first shows an Approval required message. Nothing happens until you click its button, and Cancel stops it.
- Click New chat for a new topic. Earlier chats are in the chat menu.
Say which dates and numbers you want, and what you want back: an answer, a list, a CSV, or a campaign. For example, ask "Who are my top creators in the last 30 days?", then "Save the top 20 to a new list."
What Copilot can do
| Area | What you can ask for |
|---|---|
| Performance | The Dashboard's numbers, including sales (GMV), funnels, LIVEs, ads, Shop health, and your top creators, products, and videos; creator retention; and any other question about your store's data |
| Creators and CRM | Creator search from a plain description; a creator's profile, GMV history, and rate card; your CRM: adding, editing, tagging, and deleting creators, notes, owners, custom fields, and exports; and lists and segments |
| Outreach | Outreach agents and email campaigns (create, edit, start, and stop them), who they'll contact, and how they're doing; test emails; and Auto Responder |
| Messages and samples | Your Messages inbox; approving or rejecting sample requests (creators' requests for a free sample); and Auto Review agents |
| Videos | Your creators' videos: performance, audience, and a summary of what each shows |
| Usage rights | Permission to use a creator's video in your own ads: requests, offers, templates, Licensed Content, payouts, invoicing, and paused Meta ads from licensed videos |
| Programs | Retainers, Shopify + DTC, contests and UGC: setting one up, inviting and adding creators, applications and offers, drafts, samples, deliverables and sales, and paying creators and bills |
| Contests | Your contests on the Contests page: the rules and prizes, who joined, each creator's posts and sales, and the prize each one has reached so far. Copilot reads them but doesn't create or change them |
| GMV Max | Campaign, product, and creative reports for GMV Max, TikTok's automated ad campaigns for TikTok Shop; automation rules: setting them up, changing or deleting them, and what they did; removing videos from GMV Max; and Spark Codes: the videos that still need one, adding codes, and applying them to TikTok Ads |
| Market research | Social Intelligence: the leading brands, products, categories, and videos in your market |
| Know-how | Euka's TikTok Shop playbooks and this help center |
What needs your approval
Copilot asks for your approval before it:
- sends a TikTok Shop direct message to a creator;
- replies to a conversation, or starts one, in your Messages inbox;
- invites creators to a program, or adds them to one directly (creators who haven't linked a Euka creator app account are invited instead);
- answers applications or offers, reviews drafts, or does any other step of a program that reaches a creator or your Shopify store;
- pays a creator in a program, releases a held deposit, or bills or pays a program's commissions;
- changes a creator's commission or discount code, publishes a program, or deletes one;
- deletes creators from your CRM, or deletes a tag or a list;
- changes every creator in your CRM at once, such as tagging or updating all of them;
- sends usage rights requests or an offer, raises terms a creator has accepted, or asks a creator for the original video file;
- pays usage rights payouts (the approval request shows the most you can be charged);
- changes your usage rights invoicing settings;
- starts an outreach agent or email campaign (Start this outreach agent?), or saves an agent set to run (Save and run this outreach agent?);
- saves an email campaign as running or queued (Save and run this email campaign?);
- creates a GMV Max rule that's on and live, turns a rule on or off, moves it between dry run and live, changes its thresholds or cooldown, or deletes it;
- removes videos from GMV Max;
- applies Spark Codes to your TikTok Ads account;
- turns on an Auto Review agent (Turn on this sample review rule?), or creates one, since a new agent starts on unless you ask for it off (Turn on “…”?).
The approval request names the outreach agent, campaign, or Auto Review agent and says what goes live. Sent messages, emails, and invitations can't be recalled. While an approval request is waiting, you can't send Copilot another message until you approve or cancel.
For outreach and Auto Review agents, anything that doesn't go live runs without approval: creating an outreach agent or campaign without starting it, pausing one, turning an Auto Review agent off, creating one you leave off, and editing one, even one that's on. Ask Copilot to leave it paused if you want to look before anything sends. Editing an agent or campaign you already have also needs your approval unless you tell Copilot to keep it paused, because an edit that doesn't set the status keeps the current one, which may be running.
Approving or rejecting requests on Sample Requests, and turning Auto Responder on or off, also run without approval.
How to share or archive a chat
New chats are Private. To share one, click Share and choose who can open it:
| Option | Who can open the chat |
|---|---|
| Private | Only you. |
| Store | Everyone with access to the store in Euka, who can also continue it. |
| Public | Anyone with the link can read it, without signing in. Everyone with access to the store can continue it. |
Then click Copy link. Print prints the chat, or saves it as a PDF from your browser's print window.
Store and Public chats appear in your teammates' chat menus. Anyone who can continue a shared chat can change who has access, archive it, or delete it. A Public chat shows everything in it, numbers and creator names included, to anyone with the link.
Archive removes a chat from the chat menu. Copilot settings > Data control > Archived chats brings it back or deletes it for good.
Insights
Insights are reports Copilot writes about your brand, each covering a date range. Each one gives your Shop's stage (Cold Start, Quality Gap, or Scale Up), the main thing holding growth back, and which way things are moving. It also gives the period's GMV, active creators, and video hit rate, and what to do next.
- Insight, at the top of Copilot, opens the latest report, and Show all lists them all on the Copilot Insights page. The button appears once your brand has a report.
- A banner on the Dashboard announces a new report ("Your store audit is ready", or the report's headline).
- On the Organization Dashboard, Insight Report under a store's name opens its latest report.
You can also ask Copilot about past reports, for example "What changed since my last insight?"
Usage
Copilot settings > Usage shows your brand's AI use this billing month, for everyone on the brand: Copilot messages, MCP tool calls (from connected AI tools), and Tokens, all models. These counts have no cap, but creator searches and creator profiles have weekly limits, shared with your AI tools (see Use Euka in AI apps).
How to use Copilot in Slack
We set up Copilot for your Slack workspace on request: contact us at support@euka.ai. Once @Euka Copilot is in your Slack, connect a channel:
- Invite @Euka Copilot to the channel.
- @mention it. It replies with a link.
- Open the link while signed in to Euka.
- Click Connect Channel.
Then anyone in the channel can @mention it with a question, such as "@Euka Copilot how did my stores perform this week?". It replies in the thread, with data from every store under the account of whoever connected the channel.
In Slack, Copilot only answers questions. It doesn't take actions.
Settings > Integrations > Slack lists the channels you connected, and the trash icon disconnects one. Only the person who connected a channel can disconnect it.
Rules and limits
- Copilot works on one brand at a time. A chat stays with the brand it started in, and opening it switches Euka to that brand.
- It handles questions about your Shop, its market and competitors, and your marketing goals, not unrelated topics.
- Video data reaches us about two days late, so for video and Dashboard questions Copilot's date ranges end two days before today (US Pacific time): "the last 7 days" is the 7 days ending two days ago.
- Download links for Copilot's files work for 7 days.
- Copilot can make mistakes. Check important numbers before you act on them.
- Everyone in a connected Slack channel sees Copilot's answers, so connect only channels whose members should see your store's data.
When something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Copilot request failed above the chat | The request didn't finish. | Send it again. If it keeps failing, contact us at support@euka.ai. |
| Approve or cancel the pending action to continue. | An approval request is waiting further up the chat. | Approve it, or click Cancel. |
| This file link has expired. Ask Copilot to generate a new download link. | The link is more than 7 days old. | Ask Copilot for a new link, or to make the file again. |
| A shared chat link opens the sign-up page, or an empty Copilot | The chat isn't shared with you. | Ask the sender to set it to Public, or to Store if you have access to that store. |
| In Slack: "This channel isn't connected to Euka yet." | Nobody has connected the channel. | Open the link in that reply and click Connect Channel. |
FAQs
Does Copilot have a message limit?
No. There's no limit on any plan, and Copilot settings > Usage shows what your brand has used this billing month.
Where is the "Analyze with AI" button?
The Dashboard doesn't have one. Open Copilot from the sidebar and ask your question there.
Can my teammates see my chats?
They can see only the ones you share. Every chat starts as Private, and Share > Store opens it to everyone with access to the store.
Why don't Copilot's numbers match the Dashboard?
Usually the dates differ, since Copilot's ranges stop two days short of today. Ask with the exact dates the Dashboard shows, for example "GMV from September 1 to September 21".
How do I get a new Insight report?
Reports can't be started from the Insights page. For a review now, ask Copilot, for example "Review my Shop's last 30 days and tell me what to fix first."
