Auto Review agents
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Auto Review agents approve or reject sample requests on their own. About every 4 hours, each agent that's running checks the requests waiting in To Review against your conditions and approves or rejects the ones that match, in TikTok.
Why use it
Each sample request has a review deadline that TikTok sets. An agent checks the waiting requests against your conditions, such as a creator's recent sales or fulfillment rate, and approves or rejects the ones that match. You set the conditions, and anything the agents don't decide waits in To Review for you.
Where to find it
Go to Affiliate CRM > Sample Requests > Auto Review. Your agents are listed under Auto Review agents.
Who can use it
Auto Review agents are on every plan.
How to create an agent
- Click Create agent. The builder opens, with a name already filled in. Change it in Agent name if you like.
- Under Which requests does it look at?, pick the requests this agent covers. Leave a field blank to include everything.
- Product: only requests for these products.
- SKU: only these SKUs (one variant of a product, such as a size or color) of the selected products.
- Only creators in: only creators in any one of these lists or segments. Pick tags here too, and the creator must also carry one of them.
- Exclude creators in: creators in any of these lists or segments are skipped.
- Under What should it do with them?, choose Auto-approve or Auto-reject.
- Click Add condition, then pick a condition from the list or search for it by name. Enter its value. A request must meet every condition you add, so for an either-or, create a second agent. To take a condition away, click the remove button on its row.
- If you want, open Approve limits (or Reject limits) and set a Daily limit and a Weekly limit. On an Auto-reject agent, you can also open Message to the creator and write the message it sends.
- Watch the results beside the builder. They show what the agent would do "Against the requests waiting in To Review now", and they update as you edit. See "Check the results before you save" below.
- Check the sentence at the bottom of the page, for example "Auto-approves requests for every product when all 2 conditions are met, 50/day." Then click Create agent. We show what its first run would do.
- Choose Create and turn on, or Save paused to turn it on later. The agent's page opens.
Conditions
On an Auto-approve agent, each number is a minimum, shown as ≥. On an Auto-reject agent, it reads "lower than" instead, shown as <. Each condition row also shows how many requests that condition alone would approve or reject, for example Approves 147.
| Condition | What it checks |
|---|---|
| Last 30 Days GMV | The creator's sales (GMV) over the past 30 days, across all brands. |
| Est. Sales Per Video | The same figure as Est. Sales on View Requests. |
| Fulfillment | TikTok's fulfillment rate for the creator's sample requests over the past 90 days, in %. |
| PPS | TikTok's Promotion Performance Score, 0 to 5. It appears only for US Shops, because TikTok gives PPS only for US creators (as of September 2026). |
| Followers | The creator's follower count. |
| Average Views | Average views per video over the last 30 days. |
| Total GMV for My Brand | What the creator has already sold for your brand. |
| Last Month GPM | Revenue per 1,000 views over the last month. |
| Last Month GMV Per Customer | The creator's sales per buyer over the last month. |
| Fast Growing creator | Only creators marked Fast Growing: the top 10% by growth in transactions, revenue, shoppable videos, LIVE views, or followers in the last 30 days. |
| Creator Product Category | The creator sells in any of the categories you pick. This is the creator's categories, not the category of the product requested. |
Auto-reject agents also offer these, under Sample history and value:
- Sample Count: how many of this creator's requests you've already approved, compared with a number you choose (for example > Greater than 3), over all time or only the last N days. "0 or more" isn't allowed, because every creator matches it.
- Sample value: the requested product's price is above this amount.
- Repeat request: allow 1 to 100 approved samples per Product (any of its SKUs) or per SKU (that exact SKU), over all time or within up to 365 days. The next request after that is rejected, whether or not the earlier samples shipped.
Both kinds of agent offer this under their limits (Approve limits or Reject limits):
- Per-product limits (optional): a daily and weekly cap for each selected product, on top of the agent's own limits. It appears once you've selected products.
Auto-approve agents also offer this, under Approve limits:
- Max samples per creator (by tier): the most samples a creator can hold at once, by their 30-day GMV tier. A sample counts from approval until it's Completed or Canceled, however it was approved. Enter 0 to block a tier, or leave it empty for no cap.
Check the results before you save
The results beside the builder run your agent against the requests waiting in To Review right now. Nothing is approved or rejected. The top line says how many requests would be approved or rejected, out of how many are waiting.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Will approve (or Will reject) | Requests that meet every condition and fit the limits. The next run acts on these. |
| Held by limits | Requests that meet every condition, but the next run won't take them. The tag beside each creator says why. It appears when something is held or the agent has a limit. |
| Near miss | Requests that miss exactly one condition. That condition's cell is red, so you can see what to loosen. |
The reasons in Held by limits are Later run (the run's 100 requests are already taken), Daily limit, Weekly limit, Product daily limit, Product weekly limit, and Tier cap. Your team reviews these, or a later run takes them.
Each tab has one column for every condition you added, next to the creator. Click a request to open Request detail and see its figures against each condition. Hover over a condition's count, such as Approves 147, to see "On its own, this condition would approve N of M requests in scope", and how many near misses that condition alone keeps out.
Click Refresh to run the results again, for example after new requests come in.
How to turn an agent on or off
To turn on a paused agent:
- Click Resume, in the agent's row or on its page. We show what the next run would do.
- Click Turn on to confirm.
Pause stops an agent straight away.
How to manage your agents
In the list, click the More actions button in an agent's row. On an agent's page, it's beside Edit.
- Pin keeps an agent at the top of the list. Unpin puts it back in order.
- Edit opens the builder. Click Save changes when you're done, and you're back on the agent's page.
- Duplicate makes a copy called "Copy of" and the agent's name. The copy is paused, so turn it on when it's ready.
- Archive moves an agent to Archived. A running agent is paused first, and we ask you to confirm. An archived agent can't be turned on until you unarchive it, and it loses its pin.
- Unarchive brings an agent back. It stays paused until you click Resume.
- Delete removes an agent for good. Requests it already approved or rejected stay as they are.
To find an agent, search by its name or a product it covers. Choose Archived instead of Active to see archived agents, or turn on Running only to see only the agents that are on.
The list shows these columns for each agent:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The agent's name, Auto Approve or Auto Reject, and the products it covers. |
| Products | The products it covers, or All products. |
| Decisions | How many requests it has approved or rejected, and how many in the last 7 days. |
| Videos, Revenue | For approve agents: the videos creators posted about the product after the agent approved them, and what those videos sold. |
| Limits | Its daily and weekly limits, and how many product or tier caps it has. |
| Status | Running, Paused, or Archived. |
| Created | When it was created. |
| Actions | Pause or Resume, and the More actions button. |
Check what an agent has done
Click an agent to open its page. At the top you see how many requests it has Approved (or Rejected) and how many in the Last 7 days. Approve agents also show Videos and Revenue.
- Activity lists every request the agent has decided, newest first, with the creator, product, when it was decided, and the decision. Click a row to see why: the agent's conditions as they were then, each against the creator's figures as they are today (the figures from the day of the decision aren't kept), and for an approval the videos the creator has posted about the product since and their GMV. Export CSV downloads that history as a CSV file of up to 10,000 rows, with each request's creator and product details as they are today.
- Configuration shows the agent's settings: Which requests it looks at, What it does (its decision and conditions), and Limits and message.
Rules and limits
- Timing. Agents run about every 4 hours, and approve agents run first. A request one agent has decided isn't touched by another. Changes to an agent apply from its next run.
- Long queues. On each run, an agent takes up to 100 of the newest matching requests, so a long queue can take several runs. The rest show in the results as Later run. A new agent, or one you turn back on, also acts on the requests already waiting.
- Results. The results update about half a second after you stop typing. Renaming an agent doesn't change them. They count the newest 1,000 requests in scope. When more are waiting, we say "Counts cover the newest 1,000 of N requests in scope." Each tab lists up to 200 requests, 100 at a time.
- Unfinished conditions. A condition with no value shows Needs a value, and you can't save until you fill it in or remove it.
- What agents skip. Agents only decide requests in To Review that you haven't hidden. Like you, they can't decide requests managed by a TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) or an agency, or for a product that uses TikTok's Auto-optimize samples (as of September 2026), and they can't approve requests TikTok is blocking.
- Authorization. Agents need the Euka TikTok Shop app authorized for your store. Without it, they don't run.
- Missing figures. A creator with no figure for a condition (no PPS, for example) doesn't meet it. Est. Sales Per Video is the exception: when a figure behind it is missing, it counts as 0, so a reject agent on it also rejects those creators.
- PPS on an approve agent. Because a creator without a score never meets the condition, a PPS minimum that can't do any filtering would quietly approve nobody. So on an Auto-approve agent we drop a PPS minimum of 0, and any PPS minimum on a Shop outside the US, when you save it. If it's the agent's only condition we keep it, since an agent with nothing left would decide every request. Auto-reject agents keep their PPS condition as you set it.
- No conditions. An agent with no conditions, products, SKUs, or Only creators in decides every request that reaches it, so we ask you to confirm with Save a rule with no conditions?
- Limits. Daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC, and Weekly limit runs Monday to Sunday, UTC. Both count only that agent's own decisions. Leave a limit blank for no limit. Requests past a limit wait in To Review for your team.
- SKUs. The SKU filter works only when 20 or fewer products are selected, and only for products that have had a sample request before. A selected product with none of its SKUs picked accepts all of them.
- Per-product limits. You can add them when 100 or fewer products are selected.
- Audiences. Under Only creators in, a creator needs to be in any one of the lists or segments you pick; when you also pick tags from the Creators page, they must carry one of those tags too. Creators in any list or segment under Exclude creators in are skipped, even when they are also in an included one.
- Excluded lists. Marking a list as excluded in Affiliate CRM > Lists stops outreach agents, not Auto Review agents. Add the list under Exclude creators in instead.
- Archived agents. An archived agent is always paused and can't be pinned or turned on until you unarchive it.
- Undo. Pausing, archiving, or deleting an agent doesn't undo the decisions it already made.
The message to the creator
An Auto-reject agent can send each creator it rejects a TikTok direct message (DM). Type the message under Message to the creator. Leave it blank to reject without a message.
- The message can be up to 500 characters and is sent exactly as written. Variables aren't supported, so a message with something like
{{name}}in it won't save. - One message goes out for every rejected request, so a creator with five rejected requests gets five messages.
- It uses your Shop's weekly TikTok outreach quota. TikTok counts one unit per creator who hasn't replied to you or carried your products, however many messages they get that week, and stops you after 5 messages to a creator who hasn't replied (as of September 2026). See Outreach limits: TikTok and your plan.
- Each message is tried once. If TikTok doesn't deliver it, for example because the quota is used up, we don't try again.
What we don't control
- TikTok sets each request's review deadline, shown as Expires on View Requests. Agents run about every 4 hours, so review requests near their deadline yourself. The Expiring soon filter shows those due in the next 3 days.
- TikTok can refuse an approval, for example when a product's sample quota is used up. See Sample requests.
When something goes wrong
- An agent approves or rejects nothing: nothing waiting matches it, its limits are used up, the matching requests are hidden or managed by someone else, or the store isn't authorized. Open the agent, click Edit, and look at the results. Near miss shows the requests that miss by one condition, and Held by limits shows the ones a limit stops.
- "Couldn't work out what this agent would do. Please try again.": the results failed to load. Click Try again. You can still create or turn on the agent without them.
- "Fix the highlighted field to see results.": something in the form stops the agent from saving, such as a Sample Count of 0 or more, or a variable in the message. Fix it and the results come back.
- "A Sample Count of 0 or more matches every creator" or "Variables are not supported: remove …" when you save: change the Sample Count, or remove the placeholder from the message.
- "Give this agent a name.": fill in Agent name.
- "The SKU filter works when 20 or fewer products are selected": select fewer products, or save the agent without a SKU filter.
- "Unarchive this agent before turning it on.": the agent is archived. Choose Archived in the list, click Unarchive, then Resume.
- "Couldn't load this agent. It may have been deleted.": the agent was deleted, or the page didn't load. Go back to the list and try again.
FAQs
Will a new agent act on requests that are already waiting?
Yes. The results show what it would do while you build it, and when you click Create agent, we show how many waiting requests the first run would approve or reject. Choose Save paused if you'd rather check first.
Does marking a list as excluded stop Auto Review?
No, it only stops outreach agents. Add the list under Exclude creators in in each agent that should leave those creators alone.
Do my manual approvals count toward an agent's limits?
They don't count toward Daily limit or Weekly limit, which count only that agent's decisions. Max samples per creator (by tier) counts every sample a creator holds, however it was approved.
Why is a request in Held by limits when it meets every condition?
A limit is used up, or the next run already has its 100 requests. The tag beside the creator says which. Your team can review it in To Review, or a later run takes it once there's room.
Can I duplicate a running agent?
Yes. The copy is saved paused, so nothing runs twice. Change what you need, then click Resume on the copy.
Is this the same as Auto Approve Requests in an outreach agent?
No. Auto Approve Requests is part of a Target Collaboration agent's invitation, which goes to creators you choose. Every sample request from that invitation is approved immediately, with no conditions, so none of them wait for review.
Auto Review agents check your conditions against the requests waiting in To Review. See Outreach agents.
Does a request expire in 3 days, or 7?
That deadline is TikTok's, and it can differ from request to request. Check Expires on View Requests rather than counting on a fixed number of days.
