Sample requests

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Sample Requests lists the free-sample requests creators send your TikTok Shop, with each creator's numbers beside them, so you can approve, reject, or archive them. Your approvals and rejections go straight to TikTok.

Why use it

You want your free samples to go to creators who will post and sell. Here each request sits next to the creator's numbers, such as their recent sales (GMV) and how likely they are to post after getting a sample. You make the call, or have Auto Review agents decide for you by conditions you set.

Where to find it

Go to Affiliate CRM > Sample Requests. The page has three tabs:

Tab What it shows
View Requests Every request, by status. You decide on the ones in To Review.
View Shipped Samples Every sample that has shipped, for the last 30 days unless you pick other dates.
Auto Review Your Auto Review agents.

Who can use it

Sample Requests is on every plan.

How to review requests

  1. Open View Requests. To Review lists one row per creator, with their numbers, and 25 creators to a page.
  2. Click a creator's row, or the arrow beside their handle, to see their requests. Each request shows its product and SKU (one variant of a product, such as a size or color), Commission, Created, Expires, and Status. Expand all in the Creator column header opens every creator, and they stay open as you change pages or search, until you click Collapse all. The thumbnails at the right end of each row show the products the creator asked for, and the blue Requests count beside them opens and closes the creator's requests too.
  3. If you need to, narrow the list. See How to find requests below.
  4. Click the approve (✓) or reject (✗) button on a request. An approved request moves to Ready to Ship, and a rejected one to Canceled.

Approving from a request's own button is sent at once. Rejecting waits 5 seconds with an Undo button in the message that pops up, then goes to TikTok.

Under each creator's handle you see their history with you:

  • New to brand: you've never approved a sample for them.
  • N prior samples: how many samples you've approved for them. Hover to see each one, with its status, product, and when it was requested and shipped.

A sample counts as approved once it's past To Review and wasn't canceled.

On a request, Already sampled (orange) means you've already approved this creator for this exact SKU. It shows ×2, ×3, and so on when that happened more than once. Approving again sends another sample. Another SKU of the same product, such as a different color or size, doesn't count. The small ID tag after the product name shows the Product ID, SKU ID, Request ID, and Order ID when you hover, each with a copy button. The Order ID is read from TikTok when you hover, so it takes a moment; a request still in To Review has no order yet, and it shows - when TikTok lists none or the shop isn't connected through the TikTok Shop API.

How to find requests

The toolbar above the status tabs works on every tab, and your filters stay as you move between tabs. From left to right:

  • The calendar icon narrows by date. It filters by request date, except on Shipped, Content Pending, and Completed, where it filters by ship date. Pick a preset such as Last 30 days or two days on the calendar, and click Clear to remove it. All opens on the last 90 days of requests. Pick other dates, or click Clear to see your whole history, which can take a while to load on a long one.

  • Search @handle finds a creator. If the tab you're on has no match, the page moves to the first tab that has one. It doesn't move you from All.

  • Products / SKUs picks products, or single SKUs of a product. Tick a product to include all its SKUs, or click Show SKUs under it and tick only the ones you want. The search box finds products or SKUs by name. Paste two or more SKU IDs, split by commas, spaces, or new lines, to find them and select them in one click. The SKUs listed are the ones requested in the open tab (in To Review when you're on All or Archived).

  • From Agent shows requests credited to the outreach agents you pick. Other Campaigns covers requests no Euka agent brought in, and you can narrow it to a channel such as Open collaboration or Target collaboration.

  • Sample history: New to brand (never approved for a sample from you), Returning (approved for a sample from you before), or Already sampled this SKU (approved for the requested SKU before).

  • Export as CSV, the download icon, downloads every request the open tab lists, up to 10,000.

  • Filters opens a panel with more criteria in three groups:

    • Request status: Collaboration type (Open + Target, Target collaboration, or Open collaboration) and Expiring soon, which shows only requests whose TikTok review window closes within 3 days. Expiring soon is on the All, To Review, and Archived tabs only. Open collaboration requests come through your public offer, which any creator can request a sample from. Target collaboration requests come from invitations your Shop sent to creators you chose.
    • Creator performance: GMV 30d (pick GMV tiers or set a range), Fulfillment, Brand GMV, GPM, Est. sales per video, and Items sold.
    • Creator profile: Product categories, Tags (your own creator tags, when you have some), and Creator Gender, which we estimate from the creator's profile photo, so it can be wrong.

Clear All at the bottom of the panel clears only the panel's filters.

Each filter you set shows as a pill under the toolbar. Hover a pill to see everything it holds, click its × to remove it, or click Clear all to remove every filter at once.

The number beside each status tab counts the requests that match your filters there. Expiring soon isn't counted in those numbers, and neither is the 90-day range All opens on. Dates you pick yourself are. All has no number, because the other tabs add up to it. Completed and Canceled stop counting at 100 and show 100+.

How to decide on several requests at once

  1. Tick the requests you want. Ticking a creator ticks all their requests, and the box in the header ticks everything on the page. To tick a run of rows, tick the first one, then hold Shift and tick the last. Your picks stay as you move between pages, search for another creator, or change a filter or the sort, so you can search, tick, search again, and act on everyone at once.
  2. A bar appears above the table header: "N requests selected from M creators". When everything on the page is ticked and more requests match, click Select all N requests to pick every match on every page. That replaces what you ticked before, and it ends when you change a filter or the sort. Clear selection unticks everything.
  3. Click Approve N, Reject N, or Archive N. The bar also has icons for Add tag, which tags the selected creators, and Export selection.
  4. For Approve and Reject, a dialog shows the selected creators as the table does, with the same columns in your order. Click a creator, or Expand all, to see the requests that will be sent, with product, SKU, and Already sampled where it applies. Requests that can't take the decision are listed under N will be skipped, each with the reason. Click Approve N or Reject N to go ahead with the rest. When you've selected a single request that can take the decision, it goes ahead without the dialog.

Approving or rejecting several requests shows the progress once they're sent. Keep the page open until it finishes. Any request that fails is listed with the reason.

Rejecting and archiving wait 5 seconds with Undo in the message that pops up. Click Undo to cancel it, and your selection comes back. If you leave the page or start another action before the 5 seconds are up, the waiting one is sent right away.

Statuses

The tabs under View Requests follow TikTok's sample statuses (as of September 2026), plus two of Euka's own:

Tab What it shows
All Every request, whatever its status, archived ones included, for the last 90 days unless you pick other dates. Only requests still in To Review can be acted on.
To Review Waiting for your decision.
Ready to Ship Approved, but not shipped yet.
Shipped On its way to the creator.
Content Pending Delivered, but there's no video yet.
Completed The creator posted.
Archived To Review requests you archived. See How to archive requests below.
Canceled Rejected by you or an agent, withdrawn by the creator, or canceled by TikTok, for example when it wasn't handled in time.

TikTok marks a sample Content Unfulfilled when no video follows in time. That status has no tab of its own, and those samples are in View Shipped Samples.

The numbers beside each creator

All, To Review, and Archived show these columns, in this order until you change it:

Column What it shows
Creator Tags Your own tags on the creator.
Followers The creator's follower count.
Fulfillment TikTok's fulfillment rate for the creator's sample requests over the past 90 days.
Views/Video Average views per video over the past 30 days.
GMV 30d The creator's sales over the past 30 days, across every Shop they sell for, with their GMV tier (L0 is under $1K).
Items Sold Items the creator sold in the past 30 days. TikTok gives some creators as a range.
Est. Sales Estimated sales per video: average views × GPM ÷ 1,000, multiplied by the creator's fulfillment rate. It shows - when one of those is missing.
Brand GMV What the creator has already sold for your brand.
Brand GMV 30d What the creator sold for your brand in the past 30 days. You can't sort by it, and it isn't in the CSV export.
Expires The soonest review deadline among the creator's requests. It turns orange within 3 days and red within 24 hours.
Created When the creator sent their latest request.
From Agent The outreach agent the request is credited to, or, when no agent brought it, the channel TikTok reports it came through.
PPS TikTok's Promotion Performance Score, out of 5.
GPM Revenue per 1,000 video views or LIVE viewers, over the last month.

The list is sorted by GMV 30d, highest first. Click a column header to sort by it: a first click sorts from high to low (newest first for Created, soonest first for Expires), a second click reverses it, and a third goes back to the default order.

To choose your columns, click Customize Fields, the sliders icon to the right of the status tabs. Turn columns on or off, and drag them to reorder. Every column shows until you hide it, and your choice is saved for you in this browser. The checkbox and Creator columns stay in place while you scroll sideways, and the header stays in place while you scroll down.

Columns on the other status tabs

Ready to Ship, Shipped, Content Pending, Completed, and Canceled list one row per request, 25 to a page:

Tab Columns after Creator
Ready to Ship Creator Tags, Followers, Fulfillment, Views/Video, GMV 30d, Items Sold, Product, Commission, Requested, From Agent, Auto Approved
Shipped, Content Pending, and Completed Creator Tags, Product, Commission, Shipped, From Agent, Auto Approved
Canceled Creator Tags, Product, Commission, GMV 30d, Fulfillment, PPS, Followers, From Agent, Requested, Auto Rejected

Auto Approved and Auto Rejected say Yes when an Auto Review agent made the decision, not your team. Each tab is sorted newest first, by Requested on Ready to Ship and Canceled and by Shipped on the others. Click a column header to sort by it.

You can tick requests on these tabs too. The bar at the bottom offers Add tag and Export selection, since there's nothing left to decide.

How to archive requests

Archive takes a request out of To Review in Euka only. Nothing changes in TikTok, and the request still expires there.

  1. Click Archive, the box icon on a request, or tick several requests and click Archive N in the bar.
  2. Choose Archive this request only (Archive the selected requests only for several; the dialog shows the selected creators above the two choices), or Also archive future requests from this creator (from these creators), which archives all their current and future requests.
  3. Click Archive (Archive N for several). You have 5 seconds to click Undo.

We remember your last choice and pick it for you next time. Only requests waiting for review can be archived. Others in the selection stay as they are.

Archived requests move to the Archived tab. To bring one back, click Unarchive, the box icon with an arrow, or tick several and click Unarchive N. Unarchiving brings back every archived request from that creator and stops archiving their future ones. Auto Review agents skip archived requests.

Shipped samples

View Shipped Samples shows Total Shipments, Most Shipped Product, Open Collab, and Target Collab counts. The Approval column says Auto Approved when an agent approved the request and Manual otherwise.

Rules and limits

  • Authorization. You need the Euka TikTok Shop app authorized for your store to approve or reject requests. Until it is, View Requests shows TikTok Shop App Authorization Required and the list is locked. See Connect your TikTok Shop.
  • Requests you can't act on. You can't approve or reject a request managed by a TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) or an agency, or one for a product that uses TikTok's Auto-optimize samples, where TikTok reviews requests itself. Status says why. A request TikTok is blocking can be rejected but not approved, and Status shows TikTok's reason when it gives one.
  • Expires is TikTok's deadline for reviewing each request. Once it passes, the request leaves To Review and can't be approved. A request whose deadline passes while you have the page open shows Expired. We set no deadline of our own.
  • One action, up to 1,000 requests. With more than 1,000 selected, the bar shows Max 1,000 per action and its buttons are off. Narrow your filters, or let an Auto Review agent handle the rest.
  • Undo. Rejecting and archiving wait 5 seconds before they're sent. Approving and unarchiving are sent at once, with no Undo.
  • Pages. All, To Review, and Archived page by creator, and the footer counts both creators and requests. The other tabs page by request. Every tab shows 25 rows to a page until you pick 10, 50, or 100, and we remember your choice in this browser.
  • Products / SKUs takes up to 100 products and 500 SKUs.
  • Times and dates. The tables show times like "in 2 days". Hover to see the exact time in UTC. Date filters use US Pacific calendar days.
  • Exports. Export as CSV downloads the requests that match your filters on the open tab, up to 10,000 rows. The file has the same columns on every tab, with times in UTC. Export selection downloads the requests you've ticked.

What we don't control

  • Refundable samples are a TikTok Shop setting, not a Euka feature: you set them up in TikTok Seller Center. The Message + Open Collab Product Card outreach agent sends creators your Open Collaboration product card and a message. It doesn't set any sample terms.
  • Which SKUs creators can request through Open Collaboration follows its SKU and quantity settings in Seller Center, not your product listing (as of September 2026).
  • Statuses, deadlines, and blocks come from TikTok, including whether a request can be approved at all, for example when a product's sample quota runs out.
  • How many requests you get depends on TikTok and your Shop. See Getting fewer sample requests than expected.

When something goes wrong

  • TikTok Shop App Authorization Required: the store hasn't authorized the Euka TikTok Shop app, or the authorization has lapsed. Click Authorize TikTok Shop. See TikTok Shop connection problems.
  • N will be skipped, when you approve or reject several: some of the requests are managed by a TAP or an agency, reviewed by TikTok through Auto-optimize samples, blocked by TikTok, expired, or no longer waiting for review. The dialog lists each with its reason, and you can go ahead with the rest. When none of them can take the decision, the dialog says Can't approve these requests or Can't reject these requests.
  • Too many requests for one action: more than 1,000 requests are selected. Narrow your filters and try again.
  • "No samples left for this product…": the product's sample quota in TikTok is used up. Raise it in TikTok Affiliate Center, the part of Seller Center where you manage creators and samples, then approve again.
  • "TikTok rejected this approval: …": TikTok refused, for the reason in quotes. Fix that in TikTok Affiliate Center, then approve again.
  • "TikTok is rate-limiting requests right now…": nothing was changed. Try again in a few minutes.
  • "This store's TikTok Shop authorization is missing a permission Euka needs…": authorize the Euka TikTok Shop app again, then try again.
  • "Timed out. TikTok may still have processed this request, so refresh to check.": refresh the page to check before you try again.
  • "Exported the first … of … rows, the most one export can hold": more than 10,000 requests matched. Narrow your filters and export again.
  • "Only the first … matching requests were included.": you used Select all on more than 1,000 requests, and only the first 1,000 were picked up. Narrow your filters to reach the rest.

FAQs

How do I set up refundable samples?

You set them up in TikTok Seller Center. Euka has no refundable-sample setting. An outreach agent of the Message + Open Collab Product Card type sends creators your Open Collaboration product card and a message, whatever sample terms that collaboration has.

Why can't I approve some requests?

They're managed by a TAP or an agency, TikTok reviews them itself because the product uses Auto-optimize samples, or TikTok is blocking them. The request's Status shows why, or TikTok's reason when TikTok gives one. Requests past their Expires time drop out of To Review.

How long do I have to review a request?

You have until the time in Expires, which TikTok sets for each request. It turns orange within 3 days and red within 24 hours. Turn on Expiring soon in Filters to see the ones due in the next 3 days, or let Auto Review agents handle them.

Can I take back a rejection?

Only in the 5 seconds before it's sent: click Undo in the message that pops up. After that, the rejection is with TikTok and can't be taken back.

Does archiving a request reject it?

No. Archiving only affects Euka. The creator isn't told, and the request stays open in TikTok until it expires or someone reviews it.

How do I find creators I've never sent a sample to?

Pick New to brand in Sample history. Those creators also have a New to brand tag next to their handle.

How is Est. Sales worked out?

It's the creator's average views times their GPM, divided by 1,000, then multiplied by their fulfillment rate. When we're missing one of those figures, the column shows -.

Why can creators request a SKU I don't want to send?

For Open Collaboration, the SKUs creators can request follow its settings in Seller Center, not the product listing. Change the SKUs and quantities there (as of September 2026).
