Amazon Halo — Feature Guide & Setup
Last updated: July 3, 2026
See how your TikTok content drives sales on Amazon, all in one dashboard.
What is Amazon Halo?
Amazon Halo connects your Amazon store to Euka and measures the "halo effect" your TikTok activity has on Amazon — the sales and searches that happen on Amazon because of what creators post on TikTok, even when shoppers don't buy through TikTok Shop.
Once connected, Euka pulls your daily Amazon sales and top search keywords and lines them up against your TikTok views and TikTok Shop sales on a single chart. You get a clear, data-backed answer to a question that used to be impossible to measure:
"How much is TikTok actually growing my business on Amazon?"
Who this guide is for
There are three ways to get connected. Pick the section that matches you:
You are… | Use this section |
|---|---|
A brand managing your own Amazon store | 1. Connect as a brand |
An agency connecting on behalf of a client | 2. Connect as an agency |
A brand whose agency sent you a link | 3. Authorize a link from your agency |
Before you start
You'll need:
An active Amazon Seller Central account (the account that owns the products you want to track).
Permission to authorize third-party apps on that Seller Central account.
On the Euka side, Amazon Halo requires a growth or higher plan. If you're on a lower plan, clicking Connect will prompt you to upgrade.
Region note: Amazon Halo currently tracks the United States Amazon marketplace. If your sales are in another marketplace, talk to your Euka contact before connecting.
You don't need any technical setup, API keys, or developer access — connecting is a standard "Login with Amazon" approval, just like authorizing any other app on your Seller Central account.
1. Connect as a brand
This is the direct path if you manage your own Amazon store.
In Euka, open your Dashboard and go to the Performance tab.
Find the Amazon Halo Effect card and click Connect.

A popup window opens on Amazon's Seller Central. Log in with your Amazon credentials.
Review the access Euka is requesting, then approve to grant permission.
The window confirms "Successfully Connected!" and returns you to your dashboard.
That's it. Euka immediately starts an initial sync of your product catalog, then keeps your Amazon sales and keyword data up to date automatically.
To confirm it worked: the Amazon Halo Effect card stops showing the connect prompt and starts showing your data — the metrics and chart described in "What you'll see once connected".
2. Connect as an agency (share link)
If you manage Amazon for a client and want the data to flow into that client's Euka workspace, you generate a secure authorization link and have the client approve it. The client never needs to log into Euka.
In the client's Euka workspace, open the Dashboard → Performance tab and find the Amazon Halo Effect card.
Expand "For agencies: generate shareable authentication link" and click Generate Auth Link.

Euka generates a unique authorization link. Use the copy button to copy it.
Share the link with whoever controls the Amazon Seller Central account (your client).
Once they complete the approval (see section 3), the Amazon connection is saved directly to that client's workspace and data begins syncing.
The authorization link stays the same for this store. If you need it again later, just re-open this section and copy it — any link you've already shared keeps working.
3. Authorize a link from your agency
If your agency sent you an authorization link and code, here's all you do — no Euka account or login required.
Open the link your agency shared with you.
Log in with your Amazon Seller Central credentials.
Review and approve the access request.
You'll see a confirmation, and the window closes on its own after a few seconds.
Done. The connection is now active in your agency's Euka workspace, and Amazon Halo data will start flowing.
What you'll see once connected
Your Amazon Halo data lives on the Performance tab of your dashboard, in the Amazon Halo Effect card.

The headline metrics
When there's a measurable signal, the card surfaces:
Sales without TikTok — an estimated baseline of what your Amazon sales would be without TikTok.
Revenue from TikTok — estimated Amazon revenue attributable to TikTok (shown per 1M views).
TikTok <-> sales link — the strength of the correlation: Strong / Moderate / Weak / Very Weak.
TikTok explains — the share of your Amazon sales movement that tracks with TikTok activity.
The chart
A single timeline overlays your TikTok and Amazon data so the relationship is visible at a glance:
TikTok Views and TikTok Shop Sales
Amazon Sales
Top 3 Amazon search keywords over time
You can:
Toggle any series on or off using the legend.
Switch between Raw values (actual dollars, views, search volume) and Compare trends (everything indexed to % change).
Adjust the date range (defaults to the last 90 days). The chart automatically rolls up by day, week, or month depending on the span you pick.
Hover any point for a full breakdown of that day/week/month.
Keeping data fresh
Data refreshes about once a day; Amazon's keyword data is weekly-level. If you want product catalog reflected right away, use More actions → Sync Products on the card. This refreshes your Amazon product catalog. Keyword and sales data update on their own daily sync (Amazon reports weekly-level data), not instantly.

Understanding your Amazon Halo Effect
Amazon Halo shows how your TikTok activity influences your sales on Amazon — even when shoppers don't buy through TikTok Shop.
The chart
Your TikTok views are plotted alongside your Amazon sales on the same timeline, so you can see whether Amazon sales rise when TikTok activity picks up. You can also toggle on your TikTok Shop sales and your top Amazon search keywords.
Below the chart you'll see four numbers:
Sales without TikTok — your estimated Amazon baseline: roughly what you'd sell without any TikTok activity.
Revenue from TikTok — what TikTok adds on top of that baseline, shown as revenue per 1M views. The
+% salesand+% searchbadges show how much extra it represents versus your baseline.TikTok ↔ sales link — how closely your Amazon sales move together with your TikTok views: Strong or Moderate means a clear, consistent link; Weak / Very Weak means the signal is there but noisier.
TikTok explains — the share of your Amazon sales movement that tracks with TikTok. Higher means TikTok accounts for more of the ups and downs in your Amazon sales.
Top search keywords — the top terms shoppers use to find your products on Amazon, plotted over time, so you can see if TikTok is driving more Amazon searches.
Tip: Halo measures how closely your TikTok and Amazon results move together — it's a directional signal, not a tracked click-through.
Managing your connection
Reconnect: If a connection ever becomes invalid, the Amazon Halo Effect card on your dashboard shows a Reconnect button — just run through the Amazon approval again to restore syncing.
For agency-connected stores: A client who connected through a shared link has no Euka dashboard — if their connection later becomes invalid, the agency simply generates and shares the authorization link again for the client to re-authorize.
Disconnect: Disconnect removes Euka's stored Amazon credentials and stops syncing. To fully revoke access, also remove the app from your Amazon Seller Central account.
Frequently asked questions
What does Euka do with the access I grant?
Euka uses the connection to pull your Amazon sales, catalog, and search data so it can analyze how TikTok drives your Amazon performance. The exact permissions are the ones shown on Amazon's own approval screen when you connect — review them there before approving.
Disconnect removes Euka's stored Amazon credentials and stops syncing. To fully revoke access, also remove the app from your Amazon Seller Central account.
My client doesn't use Euka — can I still connect their store?
Yes. Use the agency share link. Your client only needs to approve the Amazon login; they never touch Euka.
Why don't I see the Amazon Halo card?
The most common reasons: the store isn't connected yet, your plan doesn't include it (you'll see an upgrade prompt instead), or the card is hidden in your widget settings. Connecting a store and being on the Growth plan resolves the first two.
Which Amazon marketplace is supported?
The US marketplace today. Reach out to your Euka contact about other regions.
Does Amazon Vendor account support?
Amazon Halo currently only supports Seller accounts.
Need help?
If a connection fails, the popup shows the reason and a Close Window button — note the message and reach out to your Euka contact, who can pinpoint the issue quickly.
