Target Collab  

A direct invitation sent to a creator through TikTok Shop. It allows the creator to request a free sample without using their limited monthly sample quotas.

Open Collaboration (Open Collab)

A public product listing on TikTok Shop where any affiliate can request a sample. Commission rate is visible and set per product

Message + Target Collab  

A hybrid approach where a DM is sent to the creator alongside a target collab invite. It improves response and sample request rates by allowing follow-up messaging while maintaining the frictionless sample access of target invites.

Message + Photo

A message format in Euka where a DM is sent with an attached image. Often used to send affiliate incentives or creative briefs without needing external links.

Follow-Up Message  

An additional message sent after the initial outreach to nudge the creator. Typically spaced 2–3 days apart. Logic ensures creators who respond don’t receive redundant follow-ups.

Spark Code  

A unique code generated by creators when they allow a brand to promote (or “Spark”) their TikTok post as an ad. Euka collects these from DMs and compiles them into CSV exports for ad usage.

GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)  

The total dollar value of goods sold through TikTok Shop. It's a core metric used to assess outreach limits, affiliate success, and ad performance.

Sample Request  

When a creator accepts an invite and formally requests a free product sample through TikTok Shop.

Content Pending  

A creator status that indicates a sample has been accepted and content is expected but not yet posted. Used to trigger follow-ups or nurture flows.

Spark Ad

A TikTok ad that boosts a creator's organic video. Requires the creator to provide a Spark Code.

Hero SKU Strategy

A best practice where only one product (the “hero SKU”) is promoted per outreach campaign to focus creator content and maximize sales lift.

Incentive Ladder

A performance-based reward system where creators earn bonuses for hitting certain sales milestones (e.g., $50 after 3 sales, $100 after 10).

Creative Brief

A structured guide sent to creators to influence their video content, often including hooks, call-to-actions, and product USPs.

Hook Rate

A TikTok video metric measuring how many people watched the first 2 seconds. Used to evaluate creative performance.

Retention Rate

Average watch time divided by total video length. Indicates how engaging a creator’s content is.

Euka.ai Platform Terms

Bot  

An automated workflow within Euka used for outreach. Bots can send DMs, target invites, or both, and can include follow-ups, filters, and CRM triggers.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)  

Euka’s system that tracks affiliate status like sample approved, content posted, top creator, and manages automated messages or incentives based on each stage.

Social Intelligence  

A premium feature that lets users analyze trends, top-performing products, and competitive creators on TikTok Shop. It includes keyword search, creator extraction, and insight generation for creative briefs.

Creative Brief  

A document or message sent to creators outlining brand expectations for content. It may include tone, format, talking points, hooks, or example videos, often attached in message + photo outreach.

Showcasing  

When a creator adds a brand’s product to their TikTok Shop storefront (affiliate showcase), often a sign of early interest or passive promotion.

Post Fulfillment Rate

The percentage of creators who posted content after receiving a sample. High fulfillment rate = more reliable creators.

CRM Segment

A group of creators filtered by conditions like status (e.g., “sample sent,” “top creator”) that can trigger automation or messaging. Other filters include GMV, Number of posted videos, sampled product IDs, etc.
