My Work
Last updated: October 13, 2026
My Work is every deal you have with every brand, in one list. The things only you can move come first, then everything that's running, and your finished deals are one tap away on Past work.
Why use it
You can have a sample to pick for one brand, a video to post for another, and an offer waiting from a third, and it's easy to miss the one thing holding everything up. My Work puts what's waiting on you at the top, so you open the app and see your next move.
Where to find it
- Tap My Work in the bar at the bottom of the Euka creator app, or open My Work.
- A red bubble on the My Work tab counts the things waiting on you.
- Past work, the link at the bottom of the list, opens the deals that have ended.
Who can use it
Every creator, for every kind of work: affiliate programs, contests, Meta Ads, paid collabs, retainers, and usage rights offers.
Needs you
Needs you holds the things only you can move, newest first. Each one says which brand it's from, what's being asked, the terms where there are any, and has one button that does it.
| What it says | What it means | The button |
|---|---|---|
| Invited you | A brand invited you to a program. | Review invite |
| Sent you an offer | A brand sent you a retainer offer. | Review offer |
| Wants to use your video | A brand sent you a usage rights offer for one of your videos. | Review offer |
| The brand sent a price | A brand answered your price, or named its own. | Reply to offer |
| Add your details | The brand needs your details before it can set your deal up. | Add details |
| Confirm your details for the contract | You confirm who signs before the contract goes out. | Confirm details |
| Request your sample | You ask the brand for the sample this deal includes. | Request sample |
| Pick your free sample | You choose which product the brand sends you. | Pick sample |
| Upload your video for review | The brand wants to see your video before you post it. | Upload video |
| The brand asked for changes | The brand reviewed your video and asked for a revision. | See changes |
| Post your remaining videos | A retainer's videos are past their due date. | Open retainer |
When three or more of them are the same kind of work, they fold into one, such as 4 offers to use your videos or 3 paid collabs need you. Tap it to filter the page to that kind and see them one by one.
In progress
Under Needs you comes one row per deal that's still running. Each row shows the brand, the kind of work, the deal's name, one status line, and one number on the right with what it is ("earned", "fee", "per sale").
A dot before the status line says whose move it is:
| The dot | What it means |
|---|---|
| Filled green | Running, with nothing blocked. |
| Hollow | Waiting on the brand. The days it has waited follow, like "· 4d". |
| Red | Running behind a date. |
| Dark | Waiting on you, so the deal is also in Needs you. |
The rows that are running behind come first, then the ones waiting on you, then what's running, and last what's waiting on the brand. Eight show at a time, with Show all followed by the total for the rest.
These are the status lines a running deal can show:
| Status line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Applied · brand is choosing | Your application is in and the brand hasn't picked yet. |
| Brand is confirming you | The brand is checking you before it starts your deal. |
| Brand is reviewing your request | You asked for your sample and the brand hasn't approved it yet. |
| Brand is shipping your sample | Your sample is approved and on its way. |
| Contract out for signature | The contract is out for e-signature. The brand signs first, then your email arrives. |
| Brand is preparing your link | The brand hasn't created your tracking link yet. |
| Link live · 12 orders | Your link is earning, with the orders it has credited so far. |
| Link live · no sales yet | Your link works and hasn't had a sale yet. |
| Paused by the brand | The program is paused, so no sales are credited while it stays that way. |
| Brand is reviewing your video | You uploaded a video and the brand hasn't approved it yet. |
| 3 of 5 videos · due Oct 27 | How many videos you've posted, out of how many, and when the rest are due. |
| 2 videos left · due tomorrow | You're behind schedule, so the row moves to the top of the list. |
| All videos in · payment next | Your retainer videos are all in and accepted. |
| Videos past due | A retainer's videos are past their due date. |
| 4 videos posted · ends Oct 31 | A contest you're posting in, and when it closes. |
| Ends tomorrow · 4 videos posted | A contest closes within a day, so the row moves to the top. |
| Ended Sep 30 · waiting on results | A contest has closed and the brand is working out who won. |
| Paid weekly · next payout Oct 15 | A Meta Ads brand, and the date its next payout is worked out. |
| Your payment is on its way | The brand has paid and the money is reaching you. |
| Your payment is processing | The payment is settling at the bank. |
Your Meta Ads brands
A Meta Ads brand has no single page of its own, so tapping its row opens it in place onto everything you can do with that brand: View earnings, View brand hub, Request samples, Message brand, View licensed content, Performance, and Upload content. Which ones appear depends on the brand and your deal. Above them, a line gives your terms, such as "Lifetime usage · 20% of Ad Spend · Max payout $1,000".
On All, two or more Meta Ads brands fold into a single row that names them and totals what they've earned you. Tap it to filter the page to Meta Ads, where each brand has its own row.
The Meta Ads filter adds two more things above and below your brands: this period's ad performance, with View analytics for the full page (see Your analytics), and Question about a payout? Get help, which opens the support form with the question already set to a payment one (see Creator Support).
Filters and search
A row of filters sits above the list once you have more than one kind of work: All, Affiliate, Contests, Meta Ads, Paid collabs, Retainers, and Usage rights. Each one carries how many deals it holds, and All carries your total. On Past work the same filters count the deals that have ended.
The search button beside the title searches by brand name and deal name, across everything running and everything ended.
Past work
Past work, at the bottom of the list, holds every deal that has ended. Rows are grouped by the month each one ended, newest month first, and the same filters apply. Fifty show at a time, with Show 50 more for the rest.
A row here shows what the deal actually paid you: its earnings, or a completed retainer's price. A deal that paid nothing shows no number.
| Status line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Completed | The deal finished. |
| You declined | You turned the offer down. |
| Not selected | The brand picked someone else. |
| The offer expired | A retainer offer ran out before you answered. |
| Brand ended it | The brand ended your place in the program. |
| Ended by the brand | The brand removed you from a retainer. It shows no fee, and the retainer page says "The brand ended this retainer". A period the brand kept, and the fee on it, stays as it is. |
| You left | You ended your place in the program. |
| Program ended | The brand closed the whole program. |
| Ended Sep 30 · 4 videos posted | A contest closed, with what you posted in it. |
| Paid · Lifetime usage | A usage rights offer you accepted and were paid for. |
| Closed | The deal ended without finishing. |
When you have nothing in My Work yet
A creator with no work gets Land your first brand deal and two steps:
- Link your social accounts. Contests need TikTok, and some programs ask for Instagram.
- Join a contest or program. Pick one from Join now below.
Join now shows three contests and programs that need no brand approval. One that asks nothing more of you joins in a single tap. One that still needs something, such as an address or an answer on its form, opens its own page instead and says what it needs.
More ways to earn lists every kind of work and where to find it, including the two you can't simply join: paid collabs, which need $1,000 in sales in the last 30 days, and retainers, where the brand picks who joins.
Once you've worked with a brand but nothing is running, the same screen reads Find your next deal and skips the two steps.
Rules and limits
- The bubble on the My Work tab counts the same things as Needs you. Contests and Meta Ads brands never ask anything of you, so they're never in it. It refreshes when you open the page and when you answer an offer.
- A deal reads as behind schedule once it has under 1.2 days left for each video you still have to post. Its row turns red and comes first in In progress.
- Three or more things of one kind fold into one in Needs you. Under a single kind's filter nothing folds: 20 show at a time, with Show and the number for the rest.
- Filters only appear when you have more than one kind of work.
- The number on a filter counts the deals in it, not the things waiting on you. The bubble on the My Work tab is the one that counts what's waiting on you.
- An affiliate deal keeps crediting sales while its tracking link works and its program is running, so it stays in In progress even after the brand has finished setting it up. A paused program reads Paused by the brand, and a program the brand has closed moves its deals to Past work as Program ended.
- A Meta Ads brand stays in In progress while you're enrolled with it, or while any of its videos is licensed on its own. It moves to Past work only when neither is true, dated the day your enrollment ended. Ads the brand is already running keep paying you either way. See Your analytics.
- A brand can change the commission on a Meta Ads program you're enrolled in. The new terms start at the beginning of the next payout period, and the periods before it stay on the old ones. We message you in Euka Chat and email you first, with the old terms, the new ones, and the date. Staying in the program means you accept the new terms. If you don't want them, use Stop enrollment on that brand's hub before the date, which also takes back the videos you licensed to them.
- You confirm who signs a contract in the app. The signing itself happens by e-signature, in an email, and the brand signs first, so your email arrives after theirs.
- Dates follow your own calendar, so a contest that ends on the 1st sits under that month wherever you are.
When something goes wrong
- "Couldn't load your contests and retainers.", or whichever kinds it names, with Try again: part of your work didn't load, so those deals are missing from the list. Tap Try again. The notice always names what's missing, so a short list never reads as a complete one.
- The whole page says it couldn't load your work: none of it loaded. Tap the retry button, and if it keeps failing send us a request from Creator Support.
- No results under the search bar: nothing matches what you typed. Search looks at brand names and deal names only.
- No contests in progress, or whichever kind you've filtered to: nothing of that kind is running. The list under it is where to find more.
- No usage rights offers right now: no brand has an open offer for one of your videos. Brands send these when they want to use one of your videos in their own ads.
- "Deals you finish show up here." on Past work: nothing of yours has ended yet.
FAQs
Where did the categories and status tabs go?
My Work is one list now. Use the filters above it to narrow to one kind of work, and Past work at the bottom for anything that's ended. Nothing was lost: every deal you had is still here.
Why is a deal I finished still under In progress?
Because it's still earning. Once the brand creates your tracking link the deal counts as finished on their side, but the link keeps crediting sales while the program runs. It moves to Past work when the program is closed or the link stops working.
The number on the My Work tab doesn't match what I see.
Open My Work and it will catch up: the bubble is drawn from lists that refresh when you land on the page. If they still differ, pull the page down to reload it.
Where did my licensed content go?
Tap the Meta Ads filter, then the brand whose content you want, and pick View licensed content.
A brand ended my program. Where did my deal go?
To Past work, under the month it ended, with who ended it. Money the brand still owes you is on Earnings and withdrawals, and ads the brand was already running keep paying you until it stops them.
Can I see everything at once instead of eight rows?
Yes. Tap Show all at the bottom of In progress.
