Joining a brand's program

When a brand invites you to a program, or you apply to one, Euka checks that the account you're signed in with is really yours before you join. Sometimes that means connecting your TikTok or Instagram account, or opening a link we emailed you.
Why use it
A brand's record of you holds your sales, your samples, and the money they owe you. If someone else could claim that record, your earnings could end up in the wrong account. The check is short, you only do it once per brand, and after it your programs, messages, and payouts all arrive in the account you're signed in with.
Where to find it
- The invitation link a brand sends you by email or TikTok message.
- A brand's application page, which they share or put on their own site.
- The program itself in the Euka creator app, on Programs.
Who can use it
Every creator. It's the same whichever brand invited you.
How to accept an invitation
- Open the invitation link. If you're not signed in, sign in or create your account first.
- Read what the program offers: what you earn, any samples, and what to post.
- Tap the button to accept.
- If Euka needs to check something first, you'll see one step with a button for it. Finish that step and come back.
- You land in the program, at its first stage.
The steps Euka can ask for
You'll only ever see one step at a time, and only when we need it.

Rules and limits
- Your TikTok account is only ever confirmed by connecting it. An email can't stand in for it.
- If you renamed your Instagram account and reconnected it, we check your live profile before deciding, so give it a moment and try again.
- An emailed link only confirms the address it was sent to. If the brand has you at a different address, the link won't work for them, and the step will name the connection to make instead.
- Applying with one tap when a brand has you by email alone saves your application as a draft and emails you the link. You finish the application from that link.
- Only one Euka account can hold a brand's record of you. Once yours does, it stays yours.
When something goes wrong

FAQs
Why can't I just accept with the account I'm signed in with?
Because the brand's record of you, and the money on it, has to reach the right person. The check ties their record to your account once, and then everything from that brand arrives here.
I connected TikTok and it still won't let me in.
The brand may know you by a different TikTok account, or by Instagram. Read the step on screen: it names the exact account to connect. If it names one you don't recognize, contact us at support@euka.ai.
Do I have to do this for every brand?
Only once per brand. Each brand has its own record of you.
I already work with this brand. Why am I being invited instead of added?
A brand can only put you straight into a program when we already know which Euka account is yours. Until then they invite you, and you join when you accept. Nothing is lost either way.
What happens to money I earned before I joined?
It waits. Once your account is connected to the brand's record of you, what they've paid reaches your balance on its own. See Earnings and withdrawals.
