How to Access Your Billing History and Invoices

You can easily view and download your previous invoices and billing history directly from your Stripe Customer Portal.
Steps to access billing settings, manage subscriber and cancel subscription
1. From your Euka dashboard, click on the profile picture in the top right
2. From the drop-down, choose "Manage subscriptions."

3. On the manage subscriptions page, you should see your plan details along with the ability to adjust your plan or licenses or cancel your subscription. Clicking on "Manage subscription" to make changes.


4. Switching to the Plans, you will also find a "Your Usage" section where you can see the quota of outreach messages along with CRM messages that you have left. You can also see how many messages you have sent on DMs, follow-ups, etc

Working with Invoices
1. From your Euka dashboard, click on the top right corner beside your brand name.
2. From the drop-down, choose "Manage subscriptions."

3. Navigate to "Invoices" tab to access your invoices

4. You can also access invoices through Stipe by clicking on "Manage subscription", and scroll down to the bottom to find Invoice History. Click on any of the invoices that you wish to download.


Invoices are available for download immediately after payment is processed. If you need an invoice in a specific format or have special billing requirements, please contact our support team.
