Add/Delete Stores & Sub-Accounts/Teammates (Agency)

As an agency, you can manage multiple client stores and teammates under one account.
1. Access Settings
Use the main account to access Settings



2. Add / Delete Stores
You can go through Settings → Agency → Stores, or click your current shop profile image and select “Add New Store” from the dropdown.
Click “+ New Store” to connect a new store
Choose your plan based on your current outreach scale:
Growth Plan: Recommended if your shop has 7,000+ weekly outreach quota
Starter Plan: Best for early-stage shops (up to 10,000 outreach/month)
Select “Use a custom email” if you want the seller to add an email without exposing the Euka domain

Please have the Main TikTok Shop account owner add the email in Seller Center as an Affiliate Manager.

Delete a Store
Remove the store from the same section

For deletions, please note that only one store can be removed every 24 hours.
3. Add Teammates (Sub-Accounts)
Invite your team without sharing the main account login. Each teammate gets their own access.
Where to Manage
Settings → Workspace → Teammates
Available on Growth and Autopilot plans

4. Roles & Permissions
Admin
Invite, remove, and edit teammates
Full access
Default
Manage campaigns, creators, and content
Cannot invite or remove teammates
Note: Account owner is always Admin and cannot be removed
5. Invite a Teammate
Click Invite Teammate
Enter email, select brand, assign role
Click Invite
What happens next
Existing user → gets instant access
New user → completes signup, then gains access
6. Edit or Remove Teammates
Pencil icon → Edit role or brand access
Trash icon → Remove access
Note: You cannot edit or remove yourself
7. Multi-Brand Access
One teammate can access multiple brands
Roles can differ per brand (e.g., Admin on A, Default on B)
8. Seat Allocation
Agency accounts: 2 seats per store
Pending invites count toward seat limits
Need more seats? Add seats for $10/month per seat
9. Common Questions
Can’t see “Invite Teammate”?
You are on Default role → ask an Admin
What happens if I remove a teammate?
They lose access immediately
Can be re-invited anytime
