Brands, organizations, and licenses

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Each TikTok Shop you run in Euka is a brand, and each brand uses one license on a plan. Your brands and their licenses belong to an organization, which is billed for all of them.

Why use it

If you run more than one Shop, or run Shops for clients, you can keep them all in one organization and switch between them with the brand switcher. Each brand can be on its own plan.

Where to find it

  • Brand switcher: at the top of the sidebar. It lists your brands with each one's plan, the highest plan first, and has Add brand at the bottom. If you also work on brands in another organization, the list splits into Organization access and Guest access. Settings > Brand access shows the same brands with your role on each; see Your account.
  • Organization settings: in Settings, click Organization at the bottom of the sidebar. Everyone in an organization with more than one brand sees it. People with the Member role can look but not change anything, and can't open Invoices. It has five pages:
    • Dashboard: every store with a connected TikTok Shop across all the brands you can access, side by side. Anyone who can access two or more of those Shops opens it from the avatar menu, even from outside the organization. See The Dashboard.
    • General: the organization's name.
    • Brands: every brand in the organization, grouped by the plan whose license it uses. Brands without a license are listed first, under No license, and each plan shows how many of its licenses are assigned and any it has unused. Under each brand it says whether its outreach is running, or that no TikTok Shop is connected. The owner and admins assign, move, buy, and unassign licenses here, add brands, and remove them. To rename a brand or set its affiliate manager login, select it in the brand switcher and go to Settings > Brand > Brand Details.
    • Subscriptions: Overview and Invoices. On Overview, Next payment shows what you pay next, when it's due, and the card or bank account it's Paid with. Update payment there changes the plan's card. Plan and licenses shows each plan's licenses and price, its total per billing period, and how many of its licenses are assigned, with your add-ons below. Manage licenses opens Brands, and Cancel subscription opens Stripe's billing portal.
    • Members: everyone in the organization: its owner, admins, and members. The owner and admins add people here and change their roles.
  • An organization with one brand has no Organization settings. Its billing is on Settings > Brand > Billing, and its people are on Settings > Brand > Teammates. A link to Subscriptions, Members, or General opens Billing, Teammates, or Brand Details instead. Its store's affiliate manager login and Remove store are on Settings > Brand > Brand Details.

Who can use it

Organization roles are about billing. What someone can do inside a brand depends on their brand role: see Team members and roles.

Role What they can do
Organization owner Everything an admin can do, plus remove the store of an organization with one brand, and cancel the plan from the cancel flow. The owner can't be removed, and their role can't be changed.
Organization admin Add and remove brands, and rename the organization. Manage licenses, payment methods, the wallet, and invoices. Add or remove people on Members.
Organization member They can see the organization's billing, brands, and members, but can't change them. Invoices are for the owner and admins.
  • Adding someone to the organization also makes them a teammate on every brand it has at that moment, with the Member role on each. Brands they're already on keep their role. Brands added later are shared from the add-brand step or the brand's Teammates page: see Team members and roles.
  • Taking someone off the organization also takes away its brands, except brands they own.
  • An organization with one brand has no Members page, and its owner manages billing. Admins it already has keep their access. To add or remove an admin, contact us at support@euka.ai.
  • You can't change the organization's owner in the app. To change it, contact us at support@euka.ai.

How to add a brand

  1. Click the brand switcher, then Add brand. On an organization with more than one brand, you can also go to Settings > Organization > Brands and click New brand.
  2. If you manage more than one organization, choose the one to bill. If you have none yet, we create one for the brand.
  3. Enter the Brand name.
  4. Choose the Affiliate manager email: Auto-generate (default) or Use a custom email. This is the email we use to send and monitor outreach for your Shop.
  5. Under Pricing, pick the brand's plan. The summary below shows the license you're adding and your next invoice. If your organization can't be billed for that license, the summary says why in place of the price, and Add brand is disabled until you fix it. See "When something goes wrong" below for each message.
  6. Click Add brand. You can then invite teammates to the new brand, or click Skip for now.
  7. Connect the new brand's TikTok Shop: see Connect your TikTok Shop.

How to add someone to the organization

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Members and click Add Member.
  2. In Email, type their email. People already on your brands show as you type, under On its brands. Click someone to pick them.
  3. Choose Member or Admin.
  4. Click Add Member. They're in the organization straight away, and they become a teammate on each of its brands, with the Member role. There's no invitation. Someone new to Euka gets an email to set up their login; nobody else gets an email.

To change someone's role, pick Admin or Member in their row. Their role on each brand stays as it is. To take someone out of the organization, open the menu at the end of their row, click Remove from and the organization's name, then Remove Member. They lose access to its brands too, except brands they own. You can't change your own role or remove yourself.

How to give a brand a license

Go to Settings > Organization > Brands. Only the organization's owner and admins can change licenses.

  • Use an unused license: on a brand under No license, click Assign a license and pick a plan with one left. Or, on an unused license under a plan, click Assign a brand and pick the brand.
  • Move a brand to another plan: open the menu at the end of its row and click Move to and the plan. That plan needs an unused license.
  • Take a license from another brand: when every license is in use, click Assign a license on the brand without one, then Move a license here…. Pick the brand that gives up its license, then click Move License. That brand's outreach agents stop.
  • Buy one more license: when a plan has none left, click Assign a license, then Buy a and the plan's name. The dialog shows the license's price and what you pay now. Click Buy License.
  • Unassign a license: open the brand's menu, click Unassign license…, then Unassign License. Its outreach agents stop. The license stays on your bill, ready to assign to another brand.

Moving licenses between brands doesn't change your bill: you already pay for them.

How to remove a brand

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Brands.
  2. Open the menu at the end of the brand's row and click Remove brand….
  3. If the brand has a license, tick Also cancel its … license to stop paying for it from your next billing date. Leave it unticked to keep the license for another brand. When it's the plan's last license, the dialog says so instead: the license stays on your bill until you cancel the plan.
  4. Click Remove Brand.

The brand leaves your organization's brand list and drops to Free, its outreach agents stop, and invitations to it that nobody accepted are withdrawn. Its add-ons that your organization pays for, such as Extra CRM Messages, end at the end of their billing period; the dialog lists them before you confirm. Nothing is deleted: to bring it back, contact us at support@euka.ai. Only the organization's owner and admins can remove a brand.

On an organization with one brand, go to Settings > Brand > Brand Details and click Remove store instead. The dialog lists any add-ons that are canceled with the store, and how much your monthly bill drops from the next cycle. Only the organization owner can remove a store.

Rules and limits

Licenses

  • Each brand uses one license, for one plan. Brands in the same organization can be on different plans.
  • When you add a brand and your organization has an unused license of that plan, the brand takes it at no extra cost.
  • Otherwise we add a license for that plan to your subscription, on the same billing period, and charge the prorated price for the rest of the current period straight away. If you don't have that plan yet, a new subscription starts.
  • A license that starts a new subscription is charged to the card your organization's plan already pays with, or to the organization's default card. If the organization has only one brand, that brand's own card counts too. With no card we can charge, adding the brand is blocked until you add one. Taking an unused license the organization already has, or a price a coupon or credit brings down to $0, needs no card.
  • A plan shown as Custom has no listed price. Picking it turns the button into Talk to sales.
  • Only organization owners and admins can add brands.
  • On Brands, owners and admins assign, move, buy, and unassign licenses. A brand can only take a plan that has an unused license, or one you buy.
  • Buying a license adds it to that plan's subscription, on the same billing period, and charges the prorated price for the rest of the current period straight away, as adding a brand does. If that payment doesn't go through, the license isn't added. A plan set to cancel, or with an unpaid invoice, can't take another license. Nor can a plan with more brands than licenses: a license bought for another brand would leave it just as short, so unassign a brand's license or move a brand to another plan first.
  • A brand with no license can't send outreach. Unassigning a brand's license, or moving it to another brand, stops the brand's outreach agents. Start them again once it has a license.
  • When a plan has more brands than licenses, Brands says so on that plan. Unassign a brand's license, or move a brand to another plan.
  • When your organization's plan has ended, Brands says when, and lists every brand under No license.

Removing a store on an organization with one brand

  • You can remove one store every 24 hours.
  • In the app's words: "The store leaves your workspace and its plan drops to Free. Nothing is deleted — contact support to restore it."
  • Removing your last store doesn't cancel your plan. You keep being billed until you cancel: see Change or cancel your plan.

Agencies

Agency pricing is arranged with us and depends on how many stores you manage (as of September 2026). To ask about it, contact us at support@euka.ai.

When something goes wrong

  • Adding a brand needs an organization admin: only the organization's owners and admins can add brands. The message lists them, so ask one of them.
  • "[Name] is already a member.": they're in the organization already. Change their role in their row instead.
  • "Your … subscription is set to cancel at period end, so a new brand can't be added to it.": renew it under Settings > Organization > Subscriptions, then add the brand.
  • "Your … subscription has an unpaid invoice, so a new brand can't be added to it yet.": update the payment method under Organization > Subscriptions, then add the brand.
  • "Your organization has no payment method on file to pay for a … license.": there's no card we can charge for the new license. Click Update payment on Settings > Organization > Subscriptions to add a card (on a single-brand account, add one under Payment methods on Billing), or buy a plan first, then add the brand. If we couldn't check before you submitted, the same explanation arrives after you click Add brand.
  • "Rate limit: only one store removal per 24h. Try again in … hour(s).": wait until 24 hours have passed since your last removal.
  • "Your … plan is set to cancel, so a license can't be added to it.": renew the plan in Stripe's billing portal (Cancel subscription on Settings > Organization > Subscriptions opens it), then buy the license.
  • "Your last … payment didn't go through, so a license can't be added yet.": click Update payment on Settings > Organization > Subscriptions, then buy the license.
  • "Your payment didn't go through, so the license wasn't added. Update your payment on Subscriptions, then try again.": your card was declined or needs you to confirm the payment. Click Update payment on Settings > Organization > Subscriptions, then buy the license again.
  • "Your … plan already has more brands than licenses, so buying one wouldn't make up the gap. Unassign a brand's license or move a brand to another plan first.": the plan is already short of licenses. Unassign the license of one of its brands, or move one of its brands to another plan.
  • "Another change to this organization's licenses is in progress. Try again in a moment.": someone in your organization is buying or cancelling a license right now. Wait a moment, then buy yours.
  • "… plan ended on …. Its brands have no licenses, so their outreach is off.": your organization has no live plan. The owner or an admin can click Contact us to start one again.
  • No Shop connected under a brand on Brands: the brand has no TikTok Shop attached. Contact us at support@euka.ai to reconnect a store, or add a new brand.

FAQs

Do I need a license for every store?

Yes. A store runs as its own brand, and every brand uses one license.

Can my brands be on different plans?

Yes. You pick a plan for each brand when you add it, and on a multi-brand account you can change it on Brands.

How do I move a license from one brand to another?

Go to Settings > Organization > Brands. On the brand without a license, click Assign a license, then Move a license here…. Pick the brand that gives up its license and click Move License. That brand's outreach agents stop, and your bill stays the same.

Can I buy a license without adding a brand?

Yes, for a brand that has none, once every license on the plan is in use. On Brands, click Assign a license on the brand, then Buy a and the plan's name. You see the price and what you pay now before you click Buy License.

Is anything deleted when I remove a brand or a store?

No. A removed brand leaves your brand list and drops to Free, and nothing is deleted. To get it back, contact us at support@euka.ai.
