Change or cancel your plan
Last updated: October 3, 2026
If you manage your organization's billing, you change or cancel your plan in Euka's billing settings. A canceled plan keeps working until the end of the current billing period.
Where to find it
- Single-brand account: Settings > Brand > Billing. The avatar menu at the top right has a shortcut, Manage Subscription. These accounts have no Organization settings, so everything is on Billing.
- Multi-brand account (an organization with more than one brand): Settings > Organization > Subscriptions. Organization is at the bottom of the Settings sidebar. On these accounts, each brand's own Billing page shows only that brand's plan, says "Billing is managed by the organization.", and has no Plans tab. Organization owners and admins can click Open organization billing there.
Who can use it
- Only the organization's owner and admins can change the plan. Everyone else sees Billing read-only. On a multi-brand account, and for teammates who aren't in the organization, Overview says "To change it, ask …" with the owner's email.
- In the cancel flow on the Billing page, only the organization owner can cancel.
- A single-brand account has no page for adding or removing admins. To add or remove one, contact us at support@euka.ai.
How to change your plan
On a single-brand account
- Go to Settings > Brand > Billing.
- On the Overview tab, click Change plan. The Plans tab opens.
- Click Adjust plan or licenses. The billing portal opens, where you change your plan or your number of licenses.
The billing portal also lets you change your billing address and payment method, and see your invoices. To change only the card your plan is paid with, click Update payment on the Overview tab.
On a multi-brand account
- Go to Settings > Organization > Brands. Manage licenses on Settings > Organization > Subscriptions takes you there too.
- On a brand without a license, click Assign a license and pick a plan. On a brand with one, open the menu at the end of its row to Move to another plan or Unassign license….
A brand can only take a plan you have an unused license for, or one you buy there: see Brands, organizations, and licenses. To pay for fewer licenses, tick Also cancel its … license when you remove a brand, or contact us at support@euka.ai.
How to cancel
On a single-brand account
- Go to Settings > Brand > Billing.
- On the Overview tab, click Cancel subscription. Or, on the Plans tab, click cancel your subscription.
- Choose your reasons and explain them in the box. The explanation is required.
- Click Continue to Cancel. If you're shown an offer to stay, click No Thanks, Continue to Cancel. You're then offered a call.
- Click Continue to Cancel again to go on.
- If you're shown an offer to stay, click No Thanks, Continue to Cancel. You may see more than one.
- Check the date your plan ends, then click Cancel Subscription.
On a multi-brand account
- Go to Settings > Organization > Subscriptions.
- On the Overview tab, click Cancel subscription. The billing portal opens, where you finish canceling.
Rules and limits
- A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then everything keeps working, and under Next payment the billing Overview says "Plan ends" with the date. On a single-brand account, the Plans tab also says Scheduled to end on that date, with "No further charges will be made."
- Canceling doesn't refund any part of the current period: the plan keeps working until the period ends.
- Canceling doesn't delete your brand or its data.
- When the plan ends, the brand moves to Free. After that, only the Dashboard, which shows the plans, and a few Settings pages open: see Plans and limits. Outreach agents stop sending.
- If you subscribe again later, agents that stopped stay stopped until you start them. The free trial isn't offered a second time.
- Removing your last store doesn't cancel your plan: you keep being billed until you cancel. See Brands, organizations, and licenses.
- While a plan is set to cancel, you can't add a brand to it.
When something goes wrong
- Failed to cancel subscription at the last step: only the organization owner can cancel, so ask the owner to do it. If you don't know who that is, contact us at support@euka.ai.
- Subscription already scheduled to cancel: there's nothing more to do. The message shows the date access ends.
- Unable to load your subscription: try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, contact us at support@euka.ai.
FAQs
Why don't I see the option to cancel?
Only the organization's owner and admins see it. On a multi-brand account, it's in Settings > Organization > Subscriptions, not on the brand's Billing page. On a single-brand account, only the owner sees Cancel subscription on the Overview tab. Admins see cancel your subscription on the Plans tab, but only the owner can finish canceling.
If Overview says "Plan ends" with a date, or Plans says Scheduled to end on a date, your plan is already canceled.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
Canceling doesn't refund the current billing period. Your plan keeps working until the period ends, and you aren't charged again. For a question about a charge, contact us at support@euka.ai.
When does my plan end after I cancel?
It ends when your current billing period ends. The last step of the cancel flow shows the date, and so does Billing afterward.
Can I cancel during my free trial?
Yes, the same way. Your plan then ends when the trial does, instead of carrying on as a paid plan.
What happens to my agents and data?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Once the plan ends, outreach agents stop and most pages close. If you subscribe again, start your agents again yourself.
Can I change plans instead of canceling?
Yes. On a single-brand account, use Adjust plan or licenses on the Plans tab of the Billing page. On a multi-brand account, use Brands under Settings > Organization.
