Creator Marketplace
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Creator Marketplace lets you post a paid collaboration for one of your products. Creators in the Euka creator app apply with their own price per video, you approve and pay the ones you want, and they post the videos on their own TikTok accounts.
Why use it
Sometimes you'd rather pay creators a set price per video than count on commission alone. We hold your payment until each creator delivers, and on top of their fee, they earn the TikTok affiliate commission on the sales they drive.
Where to find it
Go to Campaigns > Creator Marketplace. It appears only for stores in the US.
Until you have a campaign, the page explains how it works and offers Create Campaign. After that, it opens your Campaigns list, where New Campaign starts another.
Who can use it
Every plan includes Creator Marketplace, for stores in the US.
Before you start
- Connect your TikTok Shop. Until it's connected and verified, Create Campaign is grayed out. See Connect your TikTok Shop.
- Register the product with TikTok. The product has to be registered in Euka's agency campaign in TikTok's Affiliate Center, with a total commission of at least 10% and at least 10 samples.
How to register a product with TikTok
If no product is registered, the Products section shows TAP Registration.
- Click Register & Verify with TAP.
- Click Open TikTok & Register Product.
- In TikTok, register the product with its commission and sample quantity.
- Come back to Euka. The product appears by itself, and if it doesn't, refresh the list.
How to create a campaign
- Click New Campaign (Create Campaign the first time).
- On General, name the campaign (creators don't see the name), keep the type Paid Affiliate Post, and pick one product.
- On Videos, set the Number of videos per creator, from 1 to 30, and How much are you willing to pay per video?, a range between $1 and $3,000. Creators see the top of your range as your budget.
- On Dynamic Brief, create a brief or pick an existing one. A brief is required. See Creative briefs.
- On Creators, describe the creators you're looking for (gender, age, language, and your own requirements), and tick I understand I need to pay the listing fee.
- Check everything on Review.
- On Sign Contract, read the agreement, then click Pay via Stripe and Submit.
- Pay the listing fee by card. The campaign goes live as soon as the payment goes through.
Creators find it in the Euka creator app, under Paid Collabs, for 14 days. Save as draft, on the last screen of setup, keeps a campaign to finish later. Once it's published, it can't be edited.
How to review and pay creators
Open the campaign and go to Creators. Its tabs are Send Invites, Invited, Applied, Approved, and Rejected. Send Invites finds creators by handle, name, or email, so you can invite them to apply.
- In Applied, compare each creator's GMV (30d), followers, message, and Price per video. GMV (30d) is the creator's sales (GMV) over the last 30 days.
- Tick the creators you want and click Approve and Pay, or reject the ones you don't.
- Check the total: each creator's price times the number of videos, plus our 10% platform fee, minus any credit on the campaign.
- Tick both boxes, and click Proceed to Stripe to pay by card, or pay from Euka Balance when it covers the total.
We hold the payment until the creator delivers. An application you don't answer within 14 days is rejected automatically, and the Expiration column counts down the time left.
What happens after you approve
- The creator signs Euka's agreement in the Euka creator app, then requests the sample through TikTok. We approve the sample request for you, and you ship it as you ship any TikTok sample. Submissions shows each sample's status.
- The creator posts the videos on TikTok, with a Spark code for each: a code from the creator that lets you run their video as an ad. We pick up the videos they post for your product after signing. In Submissions, you can leave feedback on a video, Download All Videos (.zip), and Export Spark Codes (.csv).
- The creator is paid from Release Payments, which lists the creators who have delivered. When it shows Automatic, we release each payment 3 days after the creator completes their deliverables. You can also select creators there and click Release Payments.
Creators withdraw the money in the Euka creator app. See Paying creators.
The videos go into Licensed Content with lifetime usage rights (permission to use a creator's video in your own ads), at no extra cost. The agreement lets you use them anywhere, including in paid ads.
How to replace a creator who doesn't sign
If a creator you approved hasn't signed the agreement 72 hours after approval, Replace appears on their row in Approved. Click it, and they move to Rejected. What you paid for them, their fee plus the 10% platform fee, goes to the campaign's credit.
Applied shows the credit as Available Credit, and it pays for the next creators you approve. To withdraw credit instead, contact us at support@euka.ai.
Rules and limits
- Creators can apply only if they have at least $1,000 in GMV over the last 30 days, and only from your store's region.
- Each creator can have up to 10 active collaborations at a time.
- Each campaign is for one product, with 1 to 30 videos per creator and a price of $1 to $3,000 per video.
- You can approve up to 50 creators at a time.
Fees
As of September 2026:
- Listing fee: each campaign costs $5 to publish, paid by card. The app shows it as a temporary promotion on a $49 fee.
- Platform fee: we add 10% on top of the creators' fees, charged when you approve them.
- Affiliate commission: we keep 5 points of the total commission you set in TikTok, and creators get the rest. At 20% total, creators get 15%. Nothing is billed on top.
What we don't control
The product's registration, its commission, and its sample quantity are set in TikTok's Affiliate Center, and samples go through TikTok's sample requests (as of September 2026).
