How many messages does Euka send?

Up to 1,000 direct messages (DMs) and up to 2,500 target invites per day.

When creating new bots, will it resend invites and messages to previous creators who I've used in another bot?

Euka bots will not message creators you have already messaged if you uncheck "send to all". For target invites, the bot will un-invite creators who didn’t accept the previous invite and re-invite them with a new target invite.

Once the bot runs out of creators to message, do we need to start a new bot?

You can edit the bot settings to broaden the filters and include more creators.

As we've received a ton of affiliate requests, the method is quality over quantity, right? As we're a new brand, do you recommend sending out samples to all creators requested in your niche to pump content?

As a new brand, consider providing samples to as many high-quality creators as possible (e.g., those with high GMV) to jump-start your TikTok Shop affiliate program.

Can I be logged into the TikTok Shop / Affiliate Center and be working while the bot is on?

Yes, the bot can collaborate with humans as well as other bots simultaneously.

If I have many stores, do I need to purchase a license for each store?

Yes. Each store requires its own license to run the bots.

What are the CRM messages?

CRM messages are any messages sent via the "Segments" tab based on the audience segments you create.

What type of email addresses do you support for sending emails?

We currently support Gmail and Outlook.

Could we use the same Euka account to run campaigns / bots on more than one TikTok Shop, or do we need to set up new accounts for each individual shop?

Yes, you can use one account to manage multiple stores. However, each store requires a separate license subscription.

After I click on "Start Bot," how long does it actually take for the bot to start?

When you click "Start Bot," your bot is immediately queued to run. It should start immediately if no other bots are currently running for your store. Otherwise, it will be queued behind running bots. Progress on your bot should be visible within one hour if everything is working correctly.

How do I change / reset my password on Euka?

You can reset your password within Euka under "My Account"

What is the difference between "Open" and "Target" collaboration?

Open Collaboration: Any creator can partner with your brand and promote your products. Anyone interested in your products can receive a commission when they generate sales through their content. This approach broadens your influencer base and attracts a wide range of creators.

Target Collaboration: This is an invite-only option where you selectively invite specific creators to collaborate. You can customize the commission structure and offer personalized deals to each creator. This approach is ideal for building exclusive partnerships with high-performing or niche influencers, giving you more control over collaborations.
