Installing the official Euka TikTok Shop app

Installing the official app increases the reliability of message sending and allow features like the auto responder bot to work properly.

  1. Ensure you are signed into the TikTok shop under the main Seller Center account (not the affiliate account or the sub-accounts).

  2. Click here: https://services.us.tiktokshop.com/open/authorize?service_id=7391773473277445934 and follow the steps to install.

Note: You or your clients don't need to be logged into Euka to install the app. You only need to be logged into the TikTok Shop Seller Center admin account.
