Earnings and withdrawals

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Your Earnings page in the Euka creator app shows what you've earned and where each payment is. Available to withdraw is money that's ready for you now: the brand has already paid us for it, so you can send it to your bank through Stripe.

Why use it

Money from brands comes in at different times. The Earnings page shows what you can withdraw today, what's still on its way, and when each upcoming payment is expected.

Where to find it

  • Earnings: tap View detail or Withdraw in the Earnings section on Home, or See details or Withdraw on your Profile.
  • Activity, every payment in one list: tap Paid out or Upcoming on the Earnings page, or View all under Recent activity.
  • Payout settings, where you connect Stripe, is on your Profile.

What the numbers mean

The top of the Earnings page shows Available to withdraw and the Withdraw button. Under it, Earned all time adds up three figures:

  • Paid out: money that has reached you. That's your withdrawals, plus payments a brand or Amazon made to you directly.
  • Available: money the brand has already paid us for, ready to withdraw whenever you want. While a withdrawal is on its way, it says Includes a withdrawal in progress.
  • Upcoming: everything you've earned that isn't ready to withdraw yet. It adds up:
    • contest rewards, program payments, and commissions the brand hasn't paid us for yet
    • payments for usage rights (a brand's permission to use your video in its own ads) and Meta ads commissions, for a period that has closed but hasn't been billed to the brand yet
    • an estimate for the current period, based on the ad sales so far. It's marked Estimate and can change until the period closes, so treat it as a preview, not a promise.

Money moves from Upcoming to Available once the brand's payment reaches us. The line under Upcoming says how many brands owe you and when the next amount is expected.

If you leave a brand's Meta ads program, or the brand removes you, ads the brand is already running with your videos still pay you commission. The brand can't make new ads with your videos from that program. On the Earnings page, that brand shows You left this program next to its payments, or Enrollment ended and the date if the brand removed you.

Other labels you may see on a payment:

Label What it means
Paid by brand The brand paid you directly, outside Euka. It counts as paid out and doesn't go through Withdraw.
Via Amazon Amazon paid you, not Euka.
On hold It's recorded but not released yet, so you can't withdraw it and it isn't in your totals. A contest reward stays on hold until the contest's results are final.
Disqualified The brand disqualified the entry, so it won't be paid. Tap View feedback for the reason.
Not payable It's for a period no commission applies to, such as sales from before you joined a brand's Meta ads program. It isn't in your totals.

Rewards for inviting creators

Some brands with Shopify programs reward you for inviting other creators. When a creator joins the brand's program with your invite link, you earn a share of their sales, for a set time or with no time limit, as the brand chooses. The brand pays it on top of the invited creator's commission, together with your own commission from that brand, so it reaches your balance when the brand pays its bill.

  • Your invite link is under Invite creators on the program's Your links tab, and on the brand's invites page, which you open from Brand programs on the Referrals page. How it works there shows the reward and how long it lasts. The link shows while the brand offers referrals, you're a creator in the program, and the program is active and open to applications.
  • The invite counts once the creator finishes applying with your link and is new to the brand's programs. If they open more than one invite link, the first one they apply with counts. If the brand turns down their application, it doesn't count.
  • On the Earnings page, the reward is its own Referral line next to the brand's Program line, and it counts under Referrals in Where it came from.
  • The Referrals page lists the brand programs you invite creators to, with what your invites earned and how many creators joined. Those amounts include rewards the brand hasn't paid yet.

Each invite keeps the reward on offer when the creator finished applying with your link, even if the brand changes it later or stops new invites.

When Upcoming money becomes available

Each upcoming payment shows our best estimate of when you can withdraw it:

  • Billed to the brand: the invoice due date, shown as Expected by. Brands have 15 days to pay.
  • Commission for a closed or running period: the period end, plus 8 days to settle the numbers, a day to bill, and the 15 days. That's 24 days after the period ends.
  • Other payments not billed yet: the day you earned them, plus a day to bill and the 15 days.
  • Contest rewards: there's no invoice date, so we use how long brands typically take: Usually by about 11 days after the reward is set.
  • Paid by the brand ยท clearing now: the brand has paid, and the money is on its way to us.

These are estimates, not promises. A payment past its date says Taking longer than usual, or Invoice was due if the brand has missed its invoice.

How to set up payouts

You only do this once, and it takes about 3 minutes.

  1. In Payout settings, choose your Bank account country.
  2. Tap Set up payouts.
  3. Connect your bank through Stripe.
  4. Stripe then verifies your details. Payout settings shows Verifying, then Active.

See the step-by-step guide in Payout settings shows the steps with pictures.

How to withdraw

  1. On the Earnings page, tap Withdraw.
  2. Confirm. We send your whole available balance to your Stripe account, and you see Withdrawal sent to Stripe.

Stripe then pays it to your bank, usually a few business days later. View Stripe dashboard in Payout settings shows the date for each payout.

Your first withdrawal takes longer. Stripe holds the first payout on a new account for about 7 days while it finishes verifying you.

Rules and limits

  • Withdrawals go through Stripe only. PayPal payouts have been discontinued and can no longer be used.
  • You can only withdraw money paid through Euka, once the brand's payment has reached us and the payment isn't on hold.
  • A withdrawal takes your whole available balance and can't be undone.
  • We never send money on our own: your balance waits until you withdraw it.
  • Payouts need a bank account in the US, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, or the European Economic Area (the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). You can't change the country once setup starts. If it's wrong, contact us at support@euka.ai.
  • You can try to withdraw up to 5 times in 10 minutes.

What we don't control

Stripe handles its side under its own rules (as of September 2026):

  • Verifying you and asking for more details. Payout settings then shows Action needed and Finish on Stripe.
  • When payouts reach your bank.
  • Which bank account you're paid into. You change it in your Stripe dashboard.

When something goes wrong

The Withdraw button is grayed out. Your available balance is $0, or your Stripe account isn't ready.

When it's the account, the button is replaced by Set up payouts, Check payout status, or Set up a new account. Any other reason is explained under the button.

What you see What to do
Finish setting up your payout account before withdrawing. Finish your setup in Payout settings.
You have no funds available to withdraw right now. Check Upcoming for when your money is expected.
Your withdrawal was declined and your balance is unchanged. Try again. If it keeps happening, contact us at support@euka.ai.
We could not confirm your withdrawal. Check your balance in a few minutes before you try again.
Too many withdrawal attempts. Please try again in a few minutes. Wait a few minutes.
Payout settings says Closed Stripe closed your payout account. Your balance is safe: tap Set up a new account.
That Stripe setup link had expired Start again for a fresh link. Nothing you entered is lost.

A payment is missing or wrong. Contact the brand first. On a contest reward that isn't paid out yet, Contact brand shows the brand's email if they've shared it.

If that doesn't sort it out, send us a request from Creator Support, or write to support@euka.ai.

FAQs

Why hasn't my Available amount gone up?

The brand hasn't paid us yet. Its row under Upcoming shows when the money is expected, and it moves across by itself once they pay.

I withdrew. Why isn't the money in my bank yet?

Our part is done when you see Withdrawal sent to Stripe. Stripe's payout to your bank usually takes a few business days, and about 7 days the first time. Your Stripe dashboard shows the exact date.

Why do I have to press Withdraw myself?

We don't pay out automatically. Your balance stays in Euka until you move it to your Stripe account.

Where did Pending go?

There's no Pending figure on the Earnings page. Money a brand hasn't paid us for yet is counted under Upcoming.

A brand says it paid me. Why can't I withdraw it?

If the brand paid you directly, the payment shows as Paid by brand and never passes through Euka, so there's nothing to withdraw. Ask the brand first. If it's still unclear, contact us at support@euka.ai.
