8. Auto-Responder Agent

The Auto-Responder Agent automatically replies to common creator messages using your store’s FAQ content. Euka AI scans incoming messages for matching keywords and triggers the best response.

Best for: high-volume outreach where creators repeatedly ask the same questions (samples, collab invites, eligibility, ad codes, product-related questions, etc.).

How it works

  1. You write your store’s FAQ content inside Euka (in a simple Q and A format).

  2. You set when the auto responder should be active (timezone + active time window).

  3. When a creator message matches one of your FAQ questions, Euka AI sends the corresponding answer automatically.

  4. If the message is ambiguous, the auto responder will skip it so your team can reply manually.

  5. Turn on the toggle to start auto replying to creators.


8.1 Add Your Store FAQ Content

Go to My Auto Responder Agent → Settings → Store FAQ Content → Edit.

Format:

  • Start each question with Q:

  • Place the answer directly below

  • Add multiple Q&A pairs in the same editor

Example:

  • Q: Can I have a sample? Hi there! Thanks for your interest.

    Please request a sample through our product page, and our team will review it.

  • Q: I only do paid collab, I charge 100/video

    Hi there! Currently we have an incentive contest—please check out [Link].

  • Q: How to get ad code?

    Open TikTok App → Go to your video → Tap “...” → Ad Settings → Turn on “Ad Authorization” for 365 days → Send us the code.


8.2 Configure Response Settings

  • Set Timezone

  • Set Active Time Window

  • Check Current Status to confirm if the agent is active

Keep the agent disabled while drafting and testing. Use Test Mode with sample messages to ensure correct responses before enabling.


8.3 Analytics

Review performance metrics:

  • Total responses

  • Responses over the last 7/30 days

  • Daily response activity

  • Response distribution (replied vs skipped)

Use this to verify the agent saves time and to identify spikes in incoming questions.


8.4 Activity Log

Check the history of interactions:

  • Search by creator username

  • Review skipped messages for manual replies

  • Add new FAQ entries for repeated skipped patterns
