The Auto-Responder Agent automatically replies to common creator messages using your store’s FAQ content. Euka AI scans incoming messages for matching keywords and triggers the best response.

How it works
Add your FAQ content inside Euka
Set your active timezone and response hours
Turn on the Auto-Responder toggle
Euka AI automatically replies when creator messages match your FAQ content
If a message is unclear or doesn’t match your FAQ, the message will be skipped for manual review.
8.1 Add Your Store FAQ Content
Go to:
My Auto Responder Agent → Settings → Store FAQ Content → Edit
Format your FAQs using simple Q&A structure.
Example:
Q: Can I have a sample?
Please request a sample through our product page and our team will review it.
Q: I only do paid collaboration.

Q: How do I send an ad code?
Open TikTok → Your Video → “...” → Ad Settings → Turn on Ad Authorization for 365 days → Send us the code.Tips:
Start each question with
Q:Add multiple Q&A pairs in the same editor
Use simple and direct wording
8.2 Configure Response Settings
Set Timezone
Set Active Time Window
Check Current Status to confirm if the agent is active
Keep the agent disabled while drafting and testing. Use Test Mode with sample messages to ensure correct responses before enabling.
8.3 Analytics & Activity Log

Track:
Total replies
7-day / 30-day activity
Replied vs skipped messages
Daily response trends
Inside Activity Log, you can:
Search by creator username
Review skipped messages

Tip: Use Filters to prioritize messages from creators with higher L30 GMV or all-time GMV.

8.4 Suggestions
Euka AI will automatically suggest new FAQ entries based on repeated skipped messages.
Use the Suggestions section to:
Identify missing FAQ coverage
Add common creator questions faster
Improve auto-response coverage over time

8.5 Exclude Creators from Auto Replies
For VIP or high-performing creators, you may prefer manual communication.
Ways to exclude creators:
Upload your own CSV exclusion list
Use Filters → Click the Exclude Auto-Agent icon
Excluded conversations will appear in the Excluded tab.
