Euka works with TikTok Shops in 22 countries, and some of its features work in fewer. The table below shows where each one works (as of September 2026).
Where to find it
We take your Shop's market from TikTok when you connect it, so there's no market setting to change. Each Shop you connect runs as its own brand and follows its own market, so you can run Shops in several countries.
Who can use it
Besides a market where it works, Auto Responder needs the Growth, Business, or Autopilot plan. For everything each plan includes, see Plans and limits.

Rules and limits
- Singapore isn't supported.
- Vietnam: agents send direct messages (DMs), but no Target Collaboration invites, so agent types built on invites don't send there.
- Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam: the Euka TikTok Shop app isn't available, so neither are the features that need it.
- Cross-border Shops that sell through TikTok Shop's global seller center can connect, run outreach agents, and install the app. For other features, contact us at support@euka.ai.
- Any other market: contact us at support@euka.ai before you subscribe.
- A feature the table doesn't list: contact us at support@euka.ai.
What we don't control
TikTok decides which countries TikTok Shop runs in and where apps such as Euka's can be installed. It also sets different outreach limits in each market (as of September 2026): see Outreach limits: TikTok and your plan.
When something goes wrong
- TikTok Shop API not available, "TikTok Shop API authorization is not yet available for the … region.": the Euka TikTok Shop app isn't available in your Shop's market.
- Market not supported, in Social Intelligence: we have no market data for your Shop's country.
- "Affiliate orders are available for US shops only.": that Dashboard tab works for US Shops only.
FAQs
Is Singapore supported?
No. Euka doesn't work with TikTok Shop Singapore (as of September 2026).
Can I run Shops in more than one country?
Yes. Connect each Shop as its own brand, with its own license, and each one follows its own market. See Brands, organizations, and licenses.
Why is Auto Responder or Creator Marketplace missing from my sidebar?
Auto Responder shows only for Shops in the app's 19 countries, and Creator Marketplace only for US Shops.
My Shop is in Vietnam. Why aren't invites going out?
We don't send Target Collaboration invites in Vietnam. Message agents, such as Message Only, send DMs there as usual.
