Euka runs your TikTok Shop's affiliate program in one place. It finds creators to promote your products for a commission, contacts them with outreach agents, and follows each one from the free sample they request to their video and sales. The Dashboard shows what they sell for you.
Where to find it
The setup checklist is on Getting Started, which opens once your brand has a plan. Open it from the progress section at the bottom of the sidebar, which shows your next step.
You can also open it from the Help menu (the question mark at the top of the app), under Self Teach.
How to get started
- Sign up at app.euka.ai/signup and fill in your details.
- Choose a plan on the Dashboard. If your account has never had a subscription, it starts with a 14-day free trial. See Plans and limits.
- Click Connect TikTok Shop at the top of the app. It shows an email address.
- Add that email to your Shop as an affiliate manager, a user with TikTok's Affiliate Manager role. See Connect your TikTok Shop.
- Work through the checklist on Getting Started.

The checklist gives these steps, in this order:

- Each step has a Setup or Get started button that opens the right page, and most have a Watch tutorial video.
- We tick off each step automatically once we see it done, such as a verified Shop or a first agent. You can't tick one by hand. One CRM agent completes Steps 4, 5, and 7.
- Step 6 appears only for brands with a US Shop.
- Steps 9 and 10 need the Growth, Business, or Autopilot plan.

FAQs
How many messages can Euka send a day?
It depends on your plan and on TikTok. Your plan allows 2,500 outreach messages a day on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, and 10,000 on Autopilot.
Starter and Pro also allow 10,000 per billing cycle, and that limit doesn't apply while your affiliate sales (GMV) over the last 30 days are under $2,000. TikTok limits how many new creators your Shop can reach each week: see Plans and limits and Outreach limits: TikTok and your plan.
Do I need a license for each TikTok Shop?
Yes. Each Shop runs as its own brand, and each brand uses one license. To add a Shop, use Add brand in the brand switcher: see Brands, organizations, and licenses.
Can I keep using Seller Center while Euka's agents run?
Yes. We sign in with our own affiliate manager account, separate from yours, so you and your team can keep working in Seller Center, where you manage your Shop.
Does Euka work in my country?
Supported markets lists the TikTok Shop markets each feature works in. For a market it doesn't list, contact us at support@euka.ai.
