Videos and Livestreams

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Videos lists the TikTok videos creators post for your Shop, with their sales, engagement, and ad results. Livestreams does the same for creators' TikTok LIVEs that sold your products.

Why use it

You want to know which creator videos and LIVEs sell your products, and how much of those sales come from ads. These pages put them side by side so you can compare them.

Where to find it

Go to Content > Videos, which has a TikTok and an Instagram tab, or Content > Livestreams.

Who can use it

Videos and Livestreams are in every plan, and both need a connected TikTok Shop: see Connect your TikTok Shop. The Instagram tab needs the Autopilot plan and shows an upgrade prompt on other plans. See Plans and limits.

How to use Videos

The summary at the top of the page

Above the filters, a switch chooses what the top of the page shows.

  • Trends gives three cards: Video Posts, Video GMV, and Video Views. Each card shows the total for the period, a small chart, and the change against the previous period of the same length. Hover a card to see how its figure is worked out.
  • Top Hooks & Selling Points summarizes the 30 highest-revenue videos that match your filters, whatever you've sorted the table by or which page you're on.
  • Ad Readiness appears for brands that have Ad Potential Score, and the page opens on it. It holds the Ready for ads, Worth acquiring, and Needs an edit sections: see Ad Potential Score.

To the left of the switch, a line names the period the cards cover. With no dates set it reads All time and asks you to pick a posted date range to compare. The chart's points are one a day for a period up to about two months, one a week up to a year, and one a month beyond that.

Video Posts always counts videos by their posted date, even when you've set a revenue date range, and the card says so. With an Ad potential, Flags, or Ad Readiness filter on, the cards cover the top 5,000 matching videos by GMV, and the line says Top 5,000 videos by GMV.

We remember whether you last used Trends or Top Hooks & Selling Points in this browser, and open on it next time. Brands with Ad Readiness get that view on every visit.

Find videos

Videos are sorted by Revenue, highest first. Click a column header to sort by another column.

The filters you reach for most sit in a row above the table.

  • Posted date limits the list to videos posted between two dates.
  • Revenue date limits it to videos with sales in a window within the last 180 days, with presets for the last 7, 30, 90, and 180 days. Revenue, Items Sold, Views, Likes, and Comments then count only that window, and filters that can't apply to it are grayed out.
  • The search box takes a creator's @handle or a video ID. Paste a TikTok video link and we search for its ID instead, up to 100 IDs at a time.
  • Products narrows the list to videos for the products you pick.
  • From Agent shows the videos an agent brought in. Other Campaigns covers the videos no Euka agent brought in, including the ones with no agent behind them at all.

To the right of that row are the export button (the download arrow), Filters, and Customize Fields. The download arrow exports everything your filters match, or your selection while you have one.

  • Filters holds Usage Rights, Video Length, Creator Tags, Genders, Languages, Post Fulfillment Rate, and metric ranges such as Revenue and Views. Add metric filter adds more. The button counts how many of these are on, and each one gets a chip under the row that you can click to remove.
  • Customize Fields (the sliders button) shows, hides, and reorders columns. Comments, Items Sold, and some ad columns start hidden.

Read the columns

Column What it shows
Revenue Total Shop revenue from the video, organic and ads combined
Daily Revenue Revenue per day over the last 30 days, or over your revenue date range
Views, Likes, and Comments Lifetime counts from TikTok
Items Sold Units sold from the video across all channels
Spark Code The video's Spark Code (a code from the creator that lets you run their video as an ad), if we have one: see Spark Codes
Usage Rights Request Usage to ask for permission to use the video in your own ads, or View Request once you've sent one
Ad Spend Spend on the video in GMV Max (TikTok's automated ad campaigns for Shops) over the past year
Ad Sales An estimate of how much of the video's Revenue came from GMV Max ads
Ad Sales % Ad Sales as a share of Revenue
Reported ROI TikTok's ROI: paid and organic sales divided by ad spend
Ad ROI Ad Sales divided by Ad Spend

Ad columns need TikTok Ads connected with reporting access. Until then, you see a locked Ad Metrics column.

Each ad figure comes from the video's highest-ROI GMV Max campaign over the past year, not a total across its campaigns. For Ad Sales, we use that campaign's ad clicks and conversion rate (the share of clicks that led to an order) to estimate the share of the video's items sold that came from ads. We then apply that share to Revenue.

Some brands also see Ad potential and Flags columns: see Ad Potential Score.

Open a video

Click a row to play the video and see its stats, product, and usage rights. Content Insights shows its key idea, hook, selling points, target audience, engagement techniques, and transcript.

If a video tied to your Shop has no insights yet, click Analyze video. Insights usually appear within a couple of minutes. Audience Demographics describes the creator's followers.

Work with several videos at once

Tick the box on a row to select it, or the box in the header to select the page. A bar then sits above the table and says what you have, such as "24 videos selected from 9 creators", with these next to it:

  • Select all, which names the number of matches, takes everything your filters match, up to 5,000. Past 3,000 matches it reads Select up to 5,000 videos instead, and "First 5,000 selected" appears in the bar when more than 5,000 matched.
  • Clear selection empties it.
  • The download arrow exports what you've selected.
  • Add to member list puts the creators behind those videos on a list: see Creators and lists.
  • Request Usage asks those creators for permission to use their videos in your ads: see Usage rights. You can also click Request Usage on a single row. If the button reads Authorize to Use, it opens Ads > Usage Rights so you can authorize your TikTok Shop first.

Export to CSV

  1. To export particular videos, select them first. Hover a download arrow and it tells you what it will export, such as Export 24 videos as CSV.
  2. Click it. While you have a selection, both arrows export it: the one in the selection bar and the one above the table, next to Filters.
  3. To export everything that matches your filters instead, click Clear selection first. The arrow above the table then names every match, such as Export 840 videos as CSV.
  4. Click New Export. The file is prepared in the background.
  5. When the task's Status reads exported, click Download.

The file has each video's link, creator, revenue, engagement, product, and Spark Code. It also has the hooks, selling points, and transcript from our analysis where there is one, and the ad columns when TikTok Ads is connected.

Instagram

On the Autopilot plan, the Instagram tab collects Instagram posts that tag or mention your brand, and posts under hashtags you choose. To start, enter your handle and click Start listening.

New posts arrive daily, and a very broad hashtag keeps only its 5,000 most recent posts. You can add the creators behind matched posts to your CRM automatically, or with Sync creators to CRM.

How to use Livestreams

On Content > Livestreams, each row is one LIVE, sorted by Revenue. It shows Start Time, Duration, Viewers, Views, Likes, Items Sold, Customers, Avg Price, Product Clicks, CTR (click-through rate), Click to Order, and SKU Orders, as TikTok reports them.

Pick dates with the date picker, and use Filters for Livestream Revenue, Duration (Minutes), Total Viewers, Views, Items Sold, and Customers.

Export CSV works like the Videos export. The file adds each LIVE's title, end time, comments, shares, new followers, and product impressions.

Rules and limits

  • A video appears only when it's tied to your Shop, meaning it sold through your Shop or tags one of your products, and we have the creator's profile.
  • Videos and LIVEs sync once a day. Ad figures refresh every 8 hours.
  • A selection holds up to 5,000 videos, and a videos export takes all 5,000. With nothing selected, an export holds up to 1,000 of the videos that match your filters, or every match when a revenue date range is set.
  • Add to member list and Request Usage work on the videos you've selected, so select the page or use Select all first.
  • We stop counting matches at 3,000, so past that the buttons say 3,000+ and Select up to 5,000 videos rather than an exact number.
  • A LIVE export holds up to 1,000 LIVEs. For more, export one date range at a time.

What we don't control

The numbers come from TikTok: engagement from the video, sales from TikTok Shop, and ad results from GMV Max reports. TikTok's attribution decides which sales count toward a video, so our figures can differ from Seller Center, TikTok Shop's own seller dashboard. See Why Euka's numbers differ from Seller Center.

When something goes wrong

  • Connect your TikTok Shop: your Shop isn't connected yet.
  • No videos yet: we haven't found videos tied to your Shop. They appear after creators post for your products and the next daily sync runs.
  • A locked Ad Metrics column: TikTok Ads isn't connected, or the connection lacks reporting access. Connect it under Ads > GMV Max: see GMV Max.
  • Content Insights Unavailable: we couldn't analyze the video, and the message says why.
  • Error during CSV export: try again. If it keeps failing, contact us at support@euka.ai.

FAQs

Why isn't a video I know about on Videos?

It needs a sale through your Shop or a tag on one of your products, and we need the creator's profile. It then appears after the next daily sync, unless a filter or date range hides it.

Why does a video's revenue differ from Seller Center?

Revenue is TikTok's figure for that video, organic and ads combined, synced once a day. Why Euka's numbers differ from Seller Center covers the other reasons.

Why does my export stop at 1,000 videos?

That's the most an export holds when nothing is selected and no revenue date range is set. Select the videos you need first, with Select all for up to 5,000 of them, or set a revenue date range to export every video with sales in that window.

How do I separate a video's ad sales from its organic sales?

With TikTok Ads connected, compare Revenue with Ad Sales and Ad Sales %. Revenue minus Ad Sales is roughly the organic part, since Ad Sales is an estimate.

Is Audience Demographics the people who watched the video?

No. It comes from the follower profiles of the creators behind the videos, not from the video's viewers.
